Abstract: A vehicle system includes a plurality of devices and a controller. The plurality of devices are mounted on the vehicle, and each of the devices implements a function having a safety standard of a predetermined level set therein. The controller is capable of executing processing related to the safety standard on the devices, and includes a plurality of ECUs respectively allocated for the levels of the safety standards. The plurality of ECUs are respectively connected to the devices in which the safety standards of the allocated levels are set without being connected to the devices in which the safety standards of different levels are set, and execute, on the connected devices, processing related to the safety standards according to the allocated levels. Accordingly, the vehicle system can appropriately construct a system that secures safety.

Abstract: A wiring structure of a wire harness in which a wire harness is fixed to an adhesive member laid on a surface of a roof lining of an automobile is disclosed, wherein on at least a part of a bent portion, the plurality of electric wires are sandwiched between two belt-shaped tapes in which both side edges are fixed to each other, are spread side by side in the width direction, and are attached to an adhesive surface provided on an inner surface of at least one of the two tapes, thereby providing a restraint portion in which the bundle of the electric wires is held in a flat shape, a portion excluding the restraint portion is a non-restraint portion in which the electric wires are unrestrained, and an outer surface of one of the two tapes in the restraint portion is attached to the adhesive member.

Abstract: A fixing method of a wire harness is provided. A wire harness structure is formed by covering a wire harness with a sheet material in which a thermoplastic adhesive is coated on one surface including a required portion so as to fix the wire harness to the sheet material. The formed wire harness structure is spread on a roof liner. By pressuring the required portion warmed, the wire harness structure is fixed to the roof liner with the thermoplastic adhesive.

Abstract: A wiring structure of a wire harness in which the wire harness is wired by being fixed to an adhesive member laid on a surface of a roof lining of an automobile is provided. At least a part of a plurality of electric wires constituting the wire harness in a length direction are sandwiched between two belt-shaped tapes in which both side edges in the width direction are fixed to each other, are arranged side by side in the width direction of the tapes, and are attached to an adhesive surface provided on an inner surface of at least one of the two tapes, thereby holding the bundle of the electric wires in a flat shape, and an outer surface of one of the two tapes is attached to the adhesive member, whereby the wire harness is fixed to the surface of the roof lining.

Abstract: A wire harness designing method includes, while classifying components provided in an entire circuit of a vehicle wire harness into three layers, that is, an upstream circuit, an independent domain circuit, and a zone circuit, according to differences in category, determining a configuration of a first sub-harness belonging to the upstream circuit; determining a configuration of a second sub-harness belonging to the independent domain circuit; determining a configuration of a third sub-harness belonging to the zone circuit; and integrating the first sub-harness, the second sub-harness, and the third sub-harness.
