    摘要: An LED illumination lens can guide light from light emitting diodes (LEDs). The incident surface and transmission surface of the lens are a part of an elliptical shape. The present invention makes an optical lens which provides that light is refracted twice by the LED illumination lens, and the output light is more uniform and present a long elliptical output light. The curve surface of the transmission surface is selected from elliptical surfaces, rectangular surfaces, square shape surfaces, round surfaces and rectangular surfaces with a cut corner, and polygonal surfaces. An LED illumination lens serves to refract the light beam from the LED by the incident surface and then disperse by the transmission surface 12 into a slender and long elliptical light beam.

    摘要: An optic lens assembly includes a platform, and an optic lens including an incident surface and a projection surface on two opposite sides is arranged to an outer side of the platform. The incident surface consists of a plurality of oval-shaped surfaces. A first oval-shaped incident surface and a second oval-shaped incident surface are formed side by side to the incident surface. The two adjacent oval-shaped incident surfaces are concave for receiving an illuminating component. The projection surface also consists of a plurality of oval-shaped surfaces. A first oval-shaped projection surface and a second oval-shaped projection surface are formed side by side to a center area of the projection surface. Two symmetric outer connecting surfaces are formed to two lateral sides of the projection surface. The two adjacent oval-shaped projection surfaces are convex and larger than the incident surface.

    摘要: A two-side illuminating lens body mainly projecting light from a light emitting device to two relative outer directions includes a base with a receiving slot having a downwards opening for receiving a lighting device. A concave arc for receiving the light emitting portion of the lighting device is formed above the receiving slot as a light incident side. On a top surface of the base, two symmetrical non-spherical protrusions are jointly arranged beside a center light axis. A concave curved surface is formed to a border of the two non-spherical protrusions. Two symmetrical awl laterals are formed on relative outer edges of the non-spherical protrusions. Through three different refracting types of the concave curved surface, non-spherical protrusions, and awl laterals, rays from the light emitting device will be gradually diffused away from the center light axis so that a double-side skew light distribution of illumination like a butterfly is projected.

    摘要: An LED lighting device at least comprises a base made of metal materials; a substrate which is disposed on a surface of the base and has one electrode and at least one LED chip; and an insulation sheet which is disposed between the base and the substrate. The insulation sheet and the substrate satisfy the correlations L2+2×T≧L1+2×Cr, W2+2×T≧W1+2×Cr and Cr≧1.6 mm. By controlling the dimension of the insulation sheet, a creepage distance between the electrode and the base can be increased, so as to solve the safety problem of lighting devices without increasing manufacturing costs.

The cambered convex laterals are gradually narrowed along the projecting direction of the center light axis. An angle between a tangent line of the cambered convex lateral and the center light axis is about 10 degrees.
