Abstract: A gas leakage detecting system for detecting leaking gas includes a camera set having visible-light cameras and infrared cameras photographing a gas monitoring area, a composite image coupling unit that couples visible-light images captured by the visible-light cameras and infrared images captured by the infrared cameras, extracts gas leakage points from the coupled infrared images when a temperature of a specific gas, which was previously stored in a database (DB), is detected, and creates a composite of the extracted gas leakage points and the visible-light images to create composite images, a screen output unit outputting the composite images created by the composite image coupling unit to an administrator terminal so as to enable an administrator to identify the composite images, and a control unit analyzing a type of the gas and a gas leakage area from the temperature of the specific gas detected from the gas leakage points.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an apparatus for storing hazardous material. The apparatus includes storage containers each of which stores a hazardous material storage box containing hazardous material. The hazardous material storage box is extracted from or retracted into the storage container by a transfer means. A fire sensor is provided in each storage container to detect a fire occurring in the storage container. A temperature sensor is provided in each storage container to sense a temperature in the storage container. An injection nozzle is provided in each storage container. The injection nozzle injects nitrogen into the storage container from a nitrogen supply unit when a fire is detected. An outlet pipe connection passage and a flexible outlet pipe connection tube are provided to exhaust gas from the storage containers. A collecting container is provided in the lower end of the apparatus to collect and store leakage liquid of hazardous material.

Abstract: A system and method for detecting a fire includes a fire detection device and a control center terminal. The fire detection device includes an LRF for calculating a distance to a location of breakout of a fire using a laser. An infrared camera captures an infrared image and transmits the infrared image to a control unit. A CCD camera captures a CCD image and transmits the CCD image to the control unit. Abstract: Disclosed herein is a fire extinguishing gas emission control apparatus for a protected area. The fire extinguishing gas emission control apparatus includes a mode conversion unit, and a control unit. The mode conversion unit includes a stop switch capable of selecting an on-mode used to prevent fire extinguishing gas from being emitted into the protected area or an off-mode used to allow the fire extinguishing gas to be emitted into the protected area. Abstract: A wafer inspection apparatus that performs surface inspection and internal inspection of solar cells using a single apparatus.
