    摘要： A garment de-wrinkling device (1) comprises an enclosure (10) for moistening garments (20). An ironing board (40) and an adjacent standby area (41), which are both permeable to steam, are arranged on top of the enclosure (10). During operation of the device (1), the ironing board (40) and a steam iron (30) are used to iron garments (20) which have first been moistened inside the enclosure (10). In the process, steam released by the iron (30) penetrates the garments (20) and enters the enclosure (10) through the ironing board (40). In this way, both the garments (20) on the ironing board (40) and those inside the enclosure (10) are treated by means of steam that is released by the iron (30), and steam is used in an efficient manner. A pressed look is obtained in that the garments (20) are subjected to a moistening process and a subsequent steam ironing process.

    摘要： An iron comprising a housing (1), a heatable soleplate (4) and means for generating very fine liquid droplets to be expelled from at least one discharge opening (9) of the iron, said means comprising at least one air passage (8) for pressurized air supply and at least one liquid passage (13) for pressurized liquid supply, said air passage (8) and said liquid passage (13) communicating with each other for mixing air and liquid, said mixture of air and liquid being supplied to the discharge opening (9). To improve the generation of fine liquid droplets (mist) an outlet of the liquid passage (8) ends into the air passage (13) upstream of the discharge opening (9) to introduce liquid into the air passage and an outlet of the air passage is provided with a nozzle (10) having said discharge opening (9). Preferably the pressurized air and liquid supply is obtained by means of electric pumps (6,7). The liquid may be water or a (diluted) additive liquid.

    摘要： A system for removing moisture from a steam/water mixture engaging a stationary component of a steam turbine. The system includes an airfoil located within a flow path of a steam turbine. The airfoil is configured for removing moisture from a steam/water mixture traveling in the flow path. To this end, the airfoil includes a cavity in flow communication with the steam path through at least one inlet and outlet opening, near the leading and trailing edge of the airfoil, respectively. Moisture and steam are extracted from the surface through the inlet openings, the steam and water are separated in the cavity, the separated water flows towards the bottom end, and the dry steam flows through the outlet opening and returns to the steam path. The dry steam blowing out of the trailing edge reduces the size of secondary droplets, and thereby prevents erosion.

The processor detects edges of an image based on a characteristic quantity of neighboring pixels in the aerial photograph stored in the storage unit; extracts an orientation of the house by analyzing directions of the detected edges; and generates a polygon of an outline of the house by using linear lines of the extracted orientation of the house.

    摘要： A method of determining a steam quality of a wet steam located in an interior of a steam turbine includes emitting from an optical probe a plurality of wavelengths through the wet steam, measuring with the optical probe a wet steam intensity corresponding to each of the plurality of wavelengths emitted through the wet steam, determining an intensity ratio vector by dividing the wet steam intensity by a corresponding dry steam intensity for each of the plurality of wavelengths, successively applying scaling factors to the intensity ratio vector to obtain a scaled intensity ratio vector, calculating a suitable value for each of the scaling factors to obtain a plurality of residuals, determining a minimum residual of the plurality of residuals, determining a droplet size distribution by calculating the droplet number density corresponding to the minimum residual, and determining the steam quality based on the droplet size distribution.
