Abstract: Disclosed is a guidance service method and an apparatus thereof. That is, the method provides a terminal device that connects to a voice call with a step-based service menu through voice information, receives selection information of the terminal device based on the step-based service menu, through the voice call, and displays, in the terminal, a service screen configured based on the selection information of the terminal device that is received through the voice call, in parallel with reception of the voice information, and thereby improving understanding and convenience of the guidance service for a user.
