摘要: This invention provides a switching type liquid-in vibration isolating device capable of opening/closing an orifice by changing over between the atmospheric and negative pressure in a switching chamber corresponding to shake and idle vibration, respectively. In order to prevent a pipe, for introducing the atmospheric and negative pressure in the switching chamber, from disconnecting, a first and a second fitting 1, 2 are connected by a vibration isolating substrate 3, a partition member 4, a first and a second diaphragm 5, 6 are disposed within a hollow space thereof, a main liquid chamber 7 and a sub-liquid chamber 8 are interconnected by two inside and outside orifices 12, 13, a equilibrium chamber 9 is formed between the first and second diaphragm 5, 6, a switching chamber 10 is formed between the second diaphragm 6 and the second fitting 2, the center portion of the bottom wall 22 of the second fitting 2 is depressed toward the switching chamber 10, a pipe 11 is pierced into the top 25a of the depressed portion 25 and received in the depressed portion 25, and a plurality of convex portions 29 for interference prevention are outwardly projectively provided on the bottom wall 22 around the depressed portion 25.

摘要: A switchable liquid-filled vibration absorbing mount has a stopper device interposed between a first diaphragm and a bottom portion for regulating downward movement of pushing member when a vacuum is introduced into a switching chamber, so that a protrusion of a valve member does not come out of an inner orifice when a vacuum is applied to the switching chamber to move the first diaphragm to a first position opening the orifice.

摘要: An engine mount includes an inner member and an outer cylinder having a circumferential position around a central axis of the engine mount, the circumferential position being changeable relative to the inner member. A bracket fixed to the inner member supports an engine on the engine mount, the bracket having a circumferential position around the central axis of the engine mount which is changeable relative to the outer cylinder. A stopper of an elastic material is provided on one of the outer cylinder and the inner member, the stopper contacting the other of the outer cylinder and the inner member when a change in length of one of the outer cylinder and the inner member relative to the other exceeds a reference level. An interconnecting member of an elastic material exerts a pressing force on the outer cylinder and the inner member such that the other of the outer cylinder and the inner member is contacted by the stopper to prevent the change in length of one of the outer cylinder and the inner member from further increasing from the reference level. A reference position indicating unit indicates whether the circumferential positions of the outer cylinder and the bracket relative to each other around the central axis of the engine mount are reference positions.

摘要: A fluid-filled vibration damping device including: a pressure-receiving chamber and an equilibrium chamber disposed on either side of a partition plate, while being connected through a first orifice passage; a moveable film arranged to either a pressure-receiving chamber side or an equilibrium chamber side of the partition plate while being spaced away therefrom to define therebetween an intermediate chamber; a second orifice passage connecting the intermediate chamber and one of the pressure-receiving and the equilibrium chambers while being tuned to higher frequency than the first orifice passage; and a flow straightening plate arranged in opposition to the moveable film at least at one of the intermediate chamber side and an opposite side thereof, the flow straightening plate having a plurality of flow straightening apertures opening towards the moveable film and furnished with a flow limiting member.

摘要: An electrically conductive roll includes a center shaft, an electrically conductive elastic layer formed on an outer circumferential surface of the center shaft, and a resistance adjusting layer formed radially outwardly of the electrically conductive elastic layer. The resistance adjusting layer is formed of a rubber composition which includes a rubber material, a thermoplastic resin having crosslinkable double bonds, at least one electron-conductive agent, at least one ion-conductive agent, and at least one electrically insulating filler. The thermoplastic resin, the at least one electron-conductive agent, the at least one ion-conductive agent, and the at least one electrically insulating filler are included in the rubber composition in respective amounts of 3-40 parts by weight, 10-150 parts by weight, not greater than 2 parts by weight, and 20-80 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the rubber material.
