    摘要： A public telephone set includes a communication enabling unit, a signal detector, a timer, and a CPU. The communication enabling unit enables incoming communication upon formation of a DC loop based on an incoming call. The signal detector detects a protocol signal from a maintenance center or a service center via the office line. The timer is started upon formation of the DC loop. The CPU instructs to send out alarm information to the maintenance or the service center via the office line when the signal detector generates a detection output during an operation of the timer.

    摘要： A container body of a concrete cask includes a storage portion that stores a canister. A refilling system includes a reduction cylinder having an outside diameter smaller than the diameter of the storage portion and an inside diameter larger than the diameter of the canister, a first lift mechanism configured to raise and lower the reduction cylinder between a down position in the storage portion and an up position wherein it is drawn out of the storage portion, and a second lift mechanism having a holding portion for holding one end portion of the canister and configured to raise and lower the canister with respect to the container body. In refilling operations, the canister is loaded into and unloaded from the storage portion of the container body by the second lift mechanism with the reduction cylinder set in the storage portion.

The card controller includes a card guide port, connected to a first convey path, for receiving plural types of cards and dispensing only a specific type of card, a return port, connected to a second convey path, for dispensing only remaining types of cards which are not dispensed to the card guide port, and a card selector mechanism for switching the cards into the first and second convey paths on the basis of a property inherent to the types of cards inserted into the card guide port, whereby charging processing corresponding to different types of cards is performed.
