    摘要: A flat panel display apparatus includes a rear substrate in which a number of cold cathode devices for emitting electrons are formed on an insulative substrate; a display substrate in which phosphors are arranged in a matrix shape on a translucent substrate; supporting members which are arranged between the rear substrate and the display substrate and maintain intervals between them; and frame members, in which a space surrounded by the rear substrate, the display substrate, and the frame members is set to a vacuum atmosphere. It then becomes possible to provide an apparatus in which there is no remarkable change between a scanning line resistance value in the scanning line direction in a portion with spacers and that in a portion without a spacer, a luminance variation can be reduced, and the apparatus has a conduction connection structure of the spacers and the scanning lines.

Provided on the light-transmissive substrate is a metal sheet perforated with plural fine holes arranged in a matrix configuration and having the phosphors disposed therewithin to form a light-emissive region.

    摘要: The present invention provides a flat image display device having a support frame that is compatible with a large flat image display device and has a high bonding strength. The invention relates to a flat image display device including: a display substrate; a back substrate disposed opposite the display substrate with a specified clearance therebetween; and a frame glass disposed around the back substrate and the display substrate, for supporting the substrates with the specified clearance therebetween. The invention is characterized in that the frame glass includes frame glasses whose ends each have at least two steps and the stepped ends are in engagement with each other and bonded together.

A display substrate comprises an optically transparent substrate disposed opposite to the back substrate; an accelerating electrode formed on the inner face of the optically transparent substrate for accelerating electron beams emitted from the electron emission elements; and luminescent materials excited by the electron beams to emit light toward the outer face of the optically transparent substrate. A frame member supports the back substrate and display substrate on their peripheries. A vacuum chamber is defined by the back substrate, display substrate, and frame member. A conductor electrically connected to the accelerating electrode is drawn out to the outside of the vacuum chamber. A high voltage connector for supplying an accelerating voltage to the conductor is removably connected to the conductor.

    摘要: An audio- or low-frequency power amplifier comprises a pair of output transistors which are opposite in a conduction type to each other and connected in a complementary push-pull circuit configuration in which an impedance element is connected between the bases of the paired output transistors whose bases are adapted to be applied with an input signal while the output signal of the amplifier is derived from the coupled emitters of the output transistors. The amplifier further includes a current stabilizer transistor having a base-emitter junction across which a fixed bias voltage is applied and a collector, the current from which is supplied to the impedance element thereby to provide a bias voltage for the paired output transistors. A first resistor is connected between the emitter of the current stabilizer transistor and one electrode or pole of a first d.c. power source while a second resistor is connected between the emitter of the current stabilizer transistor and the other pole of the d.c. source, thereby to maintain constant the bias voltages applied to the paired output transistors.
