    摘要: A common-mode choke coil has induction immunity characteristics that are improved by a coil structure preventing a transmitter IC and a receiver IC from malfunctioning during an induction immunity test and which controls a decrease in ESD resistance and a decrease in self-resonance frequency. The common-mode choke coil includes a core, external electrodes, a pair of coils, and a top plate. The core includes a core section and a pair of flange sections. The pair of coils are wound around the core section of the core, and the ends of the coils are connected to the external electrodes, respectively. An underside and a side surface of the top plate are plated with a metal film, and bonded to the top surfaces of the flange sections preferably by an adhesive agent. The metal film is segmented into two separate portions so as to define two separate metal sections with a gap therebetween so that the metal sections are electrically disconnected.

    摘要: A wire-wound coil has a characteristic impedance that can be flexibly adjusted and can be prevented from varying undesirably. In the coil of the present invention, a primary wire part 18A and a secondary wire part 18B are wound around the surface of a core portion 14 so as to be separated from each other by a fixed distance. At the same time, at least one portion the secondary wire part 18B in a prior turn section 19X and at least one portion of the primary wire part 18A in a subsequent turn section 19Y are in close contact with each other, wherein the wire parts 18A and 18B are wound in different turns and are adjacent to each other on the same surface of the core portion 14. A method for manufacturing the wire-wound coil is also disclosed.

    摘要: A first winding of a choke coil is closely wound in a single layer on the outer periphery of a substantially cylindrical body portion of a first bobbin. A second winding is closely wound in a single layer over the first winding. A third winding is closely wound in a single layer on the outer periphery of a substantially cylindrical body portion of a second bobbin. A fourth winding is closely wound in a single layer over the third winding. The first, second, third and fourth windings are wound so as to mutually strengthen magnetic fluxes when an in-phase noise current flows. The first and second windings are connected to a pair of signal lines via which differential transmission communication is performed and on which a power supply current is sent out. The third and fourth windings are connected to a pair of signal lines via which differential transmission communication is performed and on which the power supply current returns. Thus, a circuit including a compact choke coil having large inductance and better high-frequency characteristics, and the choke coil is provided.

    摘要: A wire wound core has windings which are wound in a single-layer winding fashion around substantially cylindrical body portions of bobbins. A gap is provided between the inner wall of a hole formed in the substantially cylindrical body portion of each bobbin and the outer peripheral surface of a leg portion of a corresponding core member by a rail-shaped rib disposed on the inner wall of the hole. Another gap is provided between the inner surface of an arm portion of the core member and the outer major of a flange portion of the bobbin by a convex spacer disposed on the outer major surface of the core member.
