摘要: In a microwave heating device, a control portion performs an operation for alternately repeating a sweeping operation for detecting reflected electric power with an electric-power detection portion while changing an oscillation frequency of an oscillation portion and fixing a phase value of a phase variable portion for detecting a reflected-electric-power characteristic with respect to the oscillation portion, and a sweeping operation for detecting reflected electric power with the electric-power detection portion while changing the phase value of the phase variable portion and fixing the oscillation frequency of the oscillation portion for detecting a reflected-electric-power characteristic with respect to the phase value, in order to determine an oscillation frequency and a phase value for use in heating a to-be-heated object.

摘要: A microwave heating apparatus includes, within a heating room, a placement table having a horizontal placement surface for placing an object to be heated, and a plurality of feeding portions which are placed on a wall surface of the heating room for supplying microwave electric power to the heating room. The microwave heating apparatus is adapted to relatively move the position of the straight line connecting two feeding portions to each other, with respect to the object to be heated, through a movement mechanism portion, and to detect a phase difference between the microwave electric powers which minimizes reflected electric power returning from the heating room to the two feeding portions, for detecting the state of placement of the object to be heated on the placement table.

摘要: In a microwave heating apparatus of the invention, microwaves from oscillation parts 1a, 1b are divided into a plurality of microwaves by power division parts 2a, 2b and inputted to amplification parts 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, and desired microwave powers from the amplification parts are supplied from feeding parts 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d to a heating chamber 8. Reflected powers reflected from the heating chamber to the amplification parts via the feeding parts are detected by power detection parts 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d. Each of the feeding parts has a plurality of antennas for supplying the microwaves having different characteristics to the heating chamber, and a control part 7 extracts an oscillating frequency with which the reflected powers detected by the power detection parts are minimum, and causes the oscillation parts to oscillate at the extracted oscillating frequency so as to supply the microwaves having the different characteristics from the plurality of antennas to the heating chamber.

摘要: In order to provide a microwave heating device and a microwave heating method, which can surely prevent a microwave generating part from being destroyed by reflected power and which can heat a heating-target portion in a heating chamber with high efficiency, the present invention is configured such that, prior to a control part (1), which receives a reflected power signal and a supply power signal from a power detecting part (4), starting a heating operation to an object (15) to be heated in a heating chamber (7), the control part (1) executes a frequency sweep operation of a prescribed frequency band with frequency sweep power lower than rated supply power supplied to a power feeding part (5) during the heating operation, to thereby set an oscillation frequency at which the minimum reflected power becomes minimum, and to control an oscillation frequency of an oscillator part (2) and an output of a power amplifier part (3).
