    摘要: The present invention maintains the utilization of resources even in spite of the presence of a large number of communications each requiring a large amount of resources under multidimensional traffic conditions. First, the current traffic is measured. Then, a threshold value is determined on the basis of the amount of resources requested. Then, the current traffic is compared with the threshold value. If the measured traffic exceeds the threshold value, it is determined that the request cannot be accepted. In contrast, if the measured traffic is equal to or smaller than the threshold value, it is determined that the request can be accepted, and a process of accepting the resource request is executed to end the entire process.

    摘要: Resource measurement device 32 acquires a measured value x of the resource use condition in transmitting/receiving section 20 in respect of the wireless resource that is the subject of monitoring. Also, correction value calculation device 33 calculates a correction value in accordance with the number of packet users at transmitting/receiving section 20 and adjustment device 34 adjusts the call acceptance threshold value xc using the correction value, so as to obtain a corrected threshold value xc′. Comparator 35 then compares the measured value of the resource use condition x and the corrected threshold value xc′ and outputs the comparison result to call acceptance control device 31. If x≧xc′, call acceptance control device 31 restricts acceptance of new calls. Thus, the call acceptance control method, mobile communication system and base station device whereby deterioration of communication quality is suppressed irrespective of the switching system are provided in mobile communication in which multiple access is performed with shared wireless resources.

    摘要: When a handover standby threshold falls below a received power of perch channel from a base station 150-1 of a communication partner, a mobile station 110 sends a handover standby operation request to a base station control apparatus 130, and notifies of history of movement of itself and receives powers of perch channels from base stations 150-2–150-4 surrounding the communication partner (mobile station information). The base station control apparatus 130 compares the mobile station information with history of mobile station information so that a handover destination candidate base station is selected and sent to the mobile station 110. The mobile station 110 switches the communication partner to the handover destination candidate base station when received power of the perch channel from the base station 150-1 falls below a handover threshold.

With this configuration, the measurement accuracy is improved by measuring received signal power using a plurality of slots including past slots, resulting in more accurate transmit power control.

    摘要: A control method of searching for a neighboring cell of a mobile station communicating with a base station is provided in a direct sequence CDMA mobile communication system which transmits information by carrying out double modulation using a first spreading code group and a second spreading code. The first spreading code group includes spreading codes that have a same repetition period as an information symbol period and are used in common by the base stations, and the second spreading code has a repetition period longer than the information symbol period. The base stations are assigned different second spreading codes. The control method stores at least one second spreading code and its phase into a first table, which second spreading code corresponds to a perch channel whose second spreading code and phase are known; stores a second spreading code used by a neighboring base station into a second table; searches for a perch channel whose second spreading code and phase are unknown; and searches for a perch channel whose second spreading code and phase are known. The neighboring cell search method can save the power consumption and time required for the mobile station to carry out the cell search with preventing an increase in the total cost of the system.
