摘要: During transfer of a material by a hydraulic excavator, load computing means periodically computes the weight of the material in a bucket of the excavator. Average value computing means computes an average value of weights of the material including a currently computed weight and a predetermined number of weights computed prior to the currently computed weight (M6), and standard deviation computing means computes, based on the average value, a standard deviation of the weights of the material (M7). True load value determining means selects a minimum standard deviation from among the standard deviations computed by the standard deviation computing means from the start of the transfer of the material to a different location until the end of the transfer of same, and judges the average value based on which the minimum standard deviation was computed, to be a true value of the weight of the material (M10, M11).

摘要: In case a burden is discharged from a vessel (3), the vessel (3) is raised obliquely backward with respect to a vehicle body (2) by a hoist cylinder (10). However, when discharging work is stopped on the way, the vessel (3) is temporarily lowered to a position at which this sits on the vehicle body (2). When the vessel (3) lowers, a weight of the burden left loaded thereon acts on the hoist cylinder (10) as a load in addition to the weight of the vessel (3). A controller (35) determines whether the vessel (3) lowers in a burden loading state based on various detection signals. When the vessel (3) lowers in the burden loading state, switching of directional control valves (20) and (21) is controlled so as to decrease a contracting speed of the hoist cylinder (10), thereby prevent the vessel (3) from colliding against the vehicle body (2).

摘要: A load measuring device for a construction machine includes a processing unit for acquiring signals indicative of cylinder pressure of front and rear suspension cylinders via pressure sensors and computing a weight value of a load put on a dump body of the construction machine. When the construction machine is traveling on a curvilinear route, the construction machine makes the output of the weight value ineffective. In particular, when the differential speed value between the rear wheels, received from a speed difference detector, is below a preset value, the arithmetic unit outputs a loading weight W computed by the processing unit, as final loading weight, and so that when the differential speed exceeds the preset value, the arithmetic unit makes ineffective the computed loading weight W as the final loading weight output.

摘要: An electric power steering apparatus for a vehicle includes a protection circuit for stopping operation of an electric motor provided to apply a steering assist force to a steering system of the vehicle. The protection circuit is operable to stop operation of the electric motor when an ignition off signal is supplied from an ignition sensor and at least one of an engine speed signal supplied from an engine speed sensor and a vehicle velocity signal supplied from a vehicle velocity sensor falls below a corresponding predetermined value. Even if an ignition on signal is not supplied during movement of the vehicle due to a failure in the ignition sensor, when the engine speed signal or the vehicle velocity signal is above the predetermined value, the vehicle is regarded as being in the running state and operation of the electric motor is continued to apply the steering assist force to the steering system. With this arrangement, a good and stable steering feel can be obtained during movement of the vehicle.

摘要: A drive unit for driving an electric motor includes two motor drive circuits disposed in parallel and each consisting of a bridge circuit of switching devices each incorporating a reverse blocking diode, a power switch provided between a power supply and each of the bridge circuits, and a function switch provided between the electric motor and each of the bridge circuits. In case of failure of one bridge circuit, the other bridge circuit is used to replace the failed bridge circuit, thereby continuing controlled operation of the electric motor. While these switches which are associated with one of the bridge circuits are closed, the switches associated with the other bridge circuit are kept open. This arrangement prevents the current from flowing from the power supply into the failed bridge circuit. The failed bridge circuit does not allow the electric motor to act as a generator even when any of the switching devices causes an ON fault.

摘要: When the drive of a lubricant pump (46) is stopped to prevent the lubricant pump (46) from assuming an idling state, a determination is made as to whether or not a temperature difference (ΔT) between the temperature (T) of a lubricant oil detected earlier by a temperature sensor (51) and a warning temperature (Toh) is equal to or lower than a predetermined threshold value (α). When the temperature difference (ΔT) is within the threshold value (α), an “overheat” warning is issued to an operator of a dump truck (1). In consequence, even in a case where a temperature sensor (51) is provided on the output side of the lubricant pump (46) by being located on an outer side of a wheel mounting case (19), planetary gear reduction mechanisms (23), (31) inside the wheel mounting case (19) can be prevented from overheating by warning the operator of the vehicle.

摘要: A traveling speed reduction gear lubricating oil cooling device has a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of lubricating oil to be installed outside a wheel mounting sleeve without running the risk of damage to a lubricating oil pump in a cold work environment. A startup operation reference speed lower than a reference speed for normal operation is set so as to ensure that air intake does not occur. A startup operation comparison device compares the speed detected by a speed sensor with the startup operation reference speed. If the detected speed is lower than the startup operation reference speed, a drive motor for the lubricating oil pump is engaged in operation at a speed lower than a normal operation speed. If the detected speed is higher than the startup operation reference speed, the drive motor for the lubricating oil pump is turned off.

摘要: A bag container including a synthetic-resin container body shaped by using a mold and including a spout-forming portion and a filling inlet portion that project outward therefrom. Contents are first filled through the filling inlet portion, and then fusion-bond sealing is applied to the filling inlet portion. The filling inlet portion has, at its sealing base portion, a square cross-sectional shape. A tip-end-side cross-section-changing portion and a cylindrical portion are provided on the tip-end side with respect to the sealing base portion. Four triangular panels each isosceles triangle shaped are connectedly provided on the side of the container body with respect to the sealing base portion along a circumferential direction of the filling inlet portion, a base of each isosceles triangle formed of one of sides of the square cross-sectional shape. When the fusion-bond sealing is to be applied to the filling inlet portion, a region on the tip-end side with respect to the sealing base portion is folded flat while positioning a pair of opposing corners on opposite edges of the filling inlet portion.

摘要: A bag container includes a synthetic-resin container body shaped by using a mold and including a body portion including a bottom portion and a spout-forming portion. A spout is formed by tearing an easy-to-tear portion of the spout-forming portion and removing a to-be-torn-off portion. The spout-forming portion is provided projecting upward, perpendicular to a placing surface formed by the bottom portion, from the body portion. An opening tab piece including an engagement hole with which the ball of a finger is to engage is provided projecting on one side of the spout-forming portion. The engagement hole has a shape that guides the finger such that, when the easy-to-tear portion is to be torn, the ball of the finger engages with a circumferential edge portion of the engagement hole from the inner side thereof while being oriented toward the circumferential direction centering about an end of the easy-to-tear portion.
