    摘要: A load measuring device for a construction machine includes a processing unit for acquiring signals indicative of cylinder pressure of front and rear suspension cylinders via pressure sensors and computing a weight value of a load put on a dump body of the construction machine. When the construction machine is traveling on a curvilinear route, the construction machine makes the output of the weight value ineffective. In particular, when the differential speed value between the rear wheels, received from a speed difference detector, is below a preset value, the arithmetic unit outputs a loading weight W computed by the processing unit, as final loading weight, and so that when the differential speed exceeds the preset value, the arithmetic unit makes ineffective the computed loading weight W as the final loading weight output.

    摘要: A load measuring device for a construction machine includes a processing unit for acquiring signals indicative of cylinder pressure of front and rear suspension cylinders via pressure sensors and computing a weight value of a load put on a dump body of the construction machine. When the construction machine is traveling on a curvilinear route, the construction machine makes the output of the weight value ineffective.     摘要: In the course of largely tilting a vessel (3) backward of a vehicle body (2) by a hoist cylinder (10), occasionally the rear end portion of the vessel (3) runs into an embankment (4A) of dumped earth and sand. In consequence, a load by a vehicle weight to be applied to a rear suspension (8A) suspending the side of a rear wheel (8) of a vehicle is rapidly reduced. Therefore, an inner pressure (P) in the rear suspension (8A) detected by a pressure sensor (25) is rapidly lowered. In this case, a controller (27) controls the hoist cylinder (10) according to the inner pressure (P) in the rear suspension (8A) to stop an extension operation of the hoist cylinder (10). This can suppress occurrence of a state where the side of the rear wheel (8) of the vehicle body (2) is raised upward, that is, a jack-up state.

    摘要: Rear wheel tires of a vehicle body are spaced apart from each other in the vehicle width direction. A foreign object removing device is provided between an outer tire and an inner tire of the rear wheels on one side of the vehicle for removing foreign objects between the tires. The foreign object removing device includes a bar-shaped member inserted in a suspended state between the tires, and a shoe provided in a lower end side of the bar-shaped member to collide with foreign objects such as earth and sand, and stones getting in between the tires for flicking out the foreign objects from between the tires. The shoe is replaceably attached to the lower end side of the bar-shaped member by using a bolt. In a case where the shoe wears down, only the shoe is replaced.

    摘要: An engine protection system for a construction machine can individually diagnose the exhaust temperature specific to each cylinder of an engine corresponding to an engine revolution speed in order to find an abnormal condition of each engine cylinder in advance. A revolution speed sensor 14 detects revolution speed of an engine mounted in the construction machine and, a plurality, e.g., 16, cylinder temperature sensors 20a-20p detect exhaust temperatures of respective cylinders of the engine. A data recording unit 26 and a display controller 24 store the detected engine revolution speed and the detected exhaust temperatures of the respective cylinders. Trend data, which is produced based on the stored data, is sent to an office via a portable terminal and the display controller 24 outputs, a signal for playing back and displaying snapshots based on the stored data to a display unit 23 disposed in the cab 5.
