摘要: The compressor is provided with an oil separator for separating oil from refrigerant gas introduced into a separation chamber, an annular space for reserving oil separated from the refrigerant gas, and a reservoir chamber for reserving the thus separated oil. The oil separator is provided in a cylindrical hole formed in a discharge chamber from which the refrigerant gas is discharged and a lid for partitioning the cylindrical hole from the discharge chamber is provided in the cylindrical hole. The oil separator introduces the refrigerant gas from the discharge chamber to the separation chamber via the introduction passage. The annular space is provided around the lid and connected to the reservoir chamber via an oil passage. The reservoir chamber is connected to a crank chamber of a pressure lower than that in the discharge chamber.

摘要: The compressor is provided with an oil separator for separating oil from refrigerant gas introduced into a separation chamber, an annular space for reserving oil separated from the refrigerant gas, and a reservoir chamber for reserving the thus separated oil. 摘要: In a structure for oil recovery in a compressor for separating oil from refrigerant and supplying the separated oil into the compressor through an oil supply passage, the compressor includes a rotary shaft, a cylinder block having a plural cylinder bores, a cam member rotated integrally with the rotary shaft, a piston received in each cylinder bore being operable in conjunction with the rotation of the rotary shaft through the cam member, a suction port for allowing the refrigerant to be drawn from a suction-pressure region of the compressor to the corresponding cylinder bore, a discharge port for allowing the refrigerant to be discharged from the corresponding cylinder bore to a discharge-pressure region of the compressor, and a flexible reed valve for opening and closing one of the suction port and the discharge port. The oil supply passage is opened and closed in accordance with motion of the reed valve.

摘要: A refrigerant gas compressor includes a cylinder block formed with plural cylinder bores, a first housing disposed at the one end of the cylinder block, a second housing disposed at the other end of the cylinder block, a drive shaft supported by the cylinder block and one of the housings, a crank chamber formed in one of the housings, a suction chamber and a discharge chamber formed in one of the housings, a valve plate assembly disposed between the cylinder block and at least one of the housings, a stepped portion formed adjacent to the valve plate assembly to receive a part of the valve plate assembly. A storage chamber is provided for reserving therein oil separated from refrigerant gas. An oil groove is formed by the stepped portion and the valve plate assembly and connecting the storage chamber with one of the crank chamber and the suction chamber.

摘要: A compressor comprises a suction passage; an oil reservoir for storing a lubricating oil which is separated from a refrigerant gas having a discharge pressure; and a throttle valve provided in the suction passage and having a valve body for adjusting an opening degree of the suction passage based on a differential pressure applied to the valve body. The suction passage has an upstream suction passage which is located upstream of the throttle valve. The compressor comprises a lubricating oil passage connecting the oil reservoir to the upstream suction passage for the lubricating oil in the oil reservoir to flow to the upstream suction passage therethrough.

The oil reservoir chamber communicates with a low pressure zone in the compressor the pressure of which is lower than the pressure in the discharge chamber. The oil reservoir chamber thus supplies the separated oil to the low pressure zone. The oil separation device is arranged in the discharge passage in such a manner as to define the separation chamber. The oil separation device centrifugally separate the oil from the refrigerant gas by causing swirling of the refrigerant gas that has been sent to the separation chamber. The filter extends in a swirling direction of the refrigerant gas in the separation chamber.

摘要: Refrigerant gas is introduced into a suction chamber through a suction line. Refrigerant gas is allowed to flow from the crank chamber into the suction chamber through an outlet line. An open degree adjustment valve (34) has a first valve body for adjusting an open degree of the suction line and a second valve body for adjusting an open degree of the outlet line. The first valve body and the second valve body are connected to each other. The first valve body moves in such a manner as to increase the open degree of the suction line when the difference between the pressure in the suction chamber and the pressure in the crank chamber decreases, and reduce the open degree of the suction line when the difference between the pressure in the suction chamber and the pressure in the crank chamber increases. Thus, variation of gas pressure is reliably suppressed while maintaining favorable starting performance of the compressor.
