摘要： A motion picture camera is adapted to receive a film magazine containing a roll of sound recordable photographic film. A housing forms a chamber to receive the magazine. A cover opens and closes the chamber. A recording system records sound signals on the film. A setting arrangement engages the recorder system and the film with each other so as to record signals. The setting arrangement is movable into a first position where the film engages the recorder and a second position where the film is disengaged from the recorder so as to be incapable of recording sound signals. A transport device is coupled to the setting arrangement in the first position when the recorder is in the first position. An interconnecting system responds to closure of the cover for moving the setting arrangement from the second position to the first position so that the camera can be set for sound signal recording in response to the closing of the cover.

摘要： The present invention relates to a motion picture camera which includes an openable cover for loading a film magazine containing a film capable of recording sound information. A sound recording device for recording the sound information on the film and a movable device for moving either the sound recording device or the film to a position at which the sound can be recorded is also included. An operation device for operating the opening and the closing of the openable cover can be displaced to three positions, i.e. the first, the second and the third position. The operation is carried out stepwise so that, at the first position, the movable device operates while the openable cover is locked; at the second position, the movable device does not operate while the openable cover is locked; and at the third position, the movable device does not operate while the openable cover is freed. At least one of the three position being non-linear with respect to the other two.

摘要： The present invention relates to a camera capable of simultaneous film and sound recording and into which film magazine housing a film with a sound recording belt can be loaded. The camera has a sound recording device for recording sound on said sound recording belt of the film while photographing is made and also a driving device to continuously run the above mentioned film against said sound recording device. The camera can be shifted to the simultaneous sound recording state in response to the shutter release operation of the camera being in the preparation completion state for photographing with simultaneous sound recording. The camera is characterized in that a biasing device to bias at least one of the above mentioned driving devices and the film to a film driving position and a retention device which can retain the relative position of the above mentioned driving device and the film at a preparatory position for the above mentioned film driving position against the biasing force of said biasing device and can be released are provided. The release of the retention force of said retention device is done in response to the shutter release of the camera.

摘要： A self-timer for cinecameras wherein an electric delay circuit is used for detecting a length of time from the release to the commencement of a photographing process which takes place with an electric power having been actually supplied to a film feeding motor. The amount of the rotation made by the film feeding motor from the start of the rotation of the motor is either mechanically or electrically detected. When the detected amount of rotation reaches a preset value corresponding to a number of frames of the film required for self-timer photographing, the motor is stopped to terminate the photographing operation, so that the photographing operation with the self-timer can be accomplished exactly for a preset number of frames.

摘要： An electromagnet release device for a motion picture camera having a drive motor, a shutter control member actuated by the driving force of the motor, a blocking mechanism to selectively block the actuation of the shutter control member, an electromagnet member to control the actuation of the blocking mechanism and a release control switching member with a delay circuit having a charging circuit that delays, for a predetermined time, the timing of the actuation of the motor relative to the timing of the actuation of the electromagnet and a discharging circuit to keep the motor energized for a period after the electromagnet is released to assure the driving of the shutter to the proper stop position. Circuits are also shown for reducing magnet current during continuous operation and for timing the operated period of the electromagnet in single frame operation.

摘要： A self-timer device for a motion picture camera of the type having a first motor for driving a film feeding device and a shutter device and a second motor for driving other moving parts such as a zoom lens system. In the device, automatic photographing controlling means which is provided with cam portions for controlling the timing for starting and stopping the camera release operation is operated by the second motor. For photographing, an interlock arrangement between the second motor and the other moving parts which are to be driven by the motor is released while, at the same time, the cam portions of the controlling means are brought into a given relation to a camera release arrangement. This is done in such a manner that the timing for starting and stopping the camera release, i.e. the time intervals between setting for automatic photographing and the actual commencement of it and between the start of photographing and the end of it, is controlled by the cam portions of the controlling means as the controlling means is operated by the second motor to accomplish an automatic photographing operation.
