A coupling apparatus includes a movable shaft member, base member and movable shaft member spring that is assembled to the back surface of the base member. The movable shaft member spring includes one end engaged to a spring engaging ring of the movable shaft member and the other end supported by the base member for thereby returning the movable shaft member, wherein the cam shaped shaft portion of the shield is rotatable in the movable shaft member, and the movable shaft member is slide-movable in the concave portion of the base member in a forward and backward direction.

The shield is coupled to the shaft hole of the respective rotary shaft and is rotatable upward and downward at multiple stage stop points, and the visor is assembled to the shaft of the rotary shaft and is fixed at a fixed position without an upward and downward rotation.

摘要： A tension controller of a tape recorder maintains a constant tension in a running tape in the tape recorder. One embodiment includes a friction element for generating frictional force on one side of a tape reel disk, a tension controller for controlling the tension of the tape in which the tension controller is resiliently contacted by means of a spring in an upper face of the friction element, a slant cam formed at the edge of the contacted surface, and a tension pole formed in the upper direction on one side of a tension arm. A lifter minimizes the frictional action on the tape by being connected to a moving lever formed on the lower side of the tension controller and raising the tension during controller high-speed searching. Automatic control of the infinitesimal tension of the tape and prevention of interference in the tape during high-speed searching may be attained. The deck can be compact and the number of parts for the fabrication can be reduced to a simple structure, thereby providing many advantages in the fabrication process.

摘要： A cassette loading device for use in the tape recorder of which a door and a receiving holder is opened and closed by levers against a deck, wherein a slider of a cassette interposed between the receiving holder and the door is slidingly opened and closed by an opening and closing function of the door thereby enabling the height of the door and the receiving holder to be changeably positioned mutually with in opening and closing of the door and the receiving holder. The middle portion of the door is connected with the lower part of the deck by a third pair of lever members supported by a pair of pins; the door is connected with each lever member of the third pair of lever members supported by a pair of hinge members mounted on the lower ends of the receiving means. The pins are connected with the pair of hinge members so as to fit in the guide grooves while member for opening in the lid of the cassette is a horizontal supporting member mounted in the deck to facilitate safe loading of the lower end of a cassette. This device enables the cassette to be easily and conveniently loaded.
