    摘要: An exemplary manipulator of a robot includes a fastening seat defining two guiding grooves, a driving mechanism disposed on the fastening seat, two transmitting plates respectively received in the two guiding grooves and cooperating with the driving mechanism, and two detecting bars each fixedly connecting with a corresponding transmitting plate. A detecting pin is fixed on each of the detecting bars. Under a driving action of the driving mechanism on the transmitting plates, the transmitting plates are activated to slide in the guiding grooves to cause the detecting bars to move close to or apart from each other, whereby a distance between the two detecting pins is automatically regulated.

    摘要: A method for modulating multiple-instruments and multiple-sensors using an electronic device. The electronic device controls an instrument to measure the working parameters of an object, and controls a sensor to detect the working temperature of the object. By comparing the working parameters against a predefined range, and comparing the working temperature against a predefined temperature value, the electronic device determines whether the instrument and the sensor need to be modulated. If any of the working parameters is not within the predefined range or if the working temperature is greater than the predefined temperature value, the electronic device controls the instrument and the sensor to be modulated by using a modulation transfer function and a predetermined direction.

    摘要: A computer determines a first origin of a first coordinate system of a PCB, and controls a robotic arm to position a probe above the first origin. Furthermore, the computer determines a second origin of a second coordinate system of the robotic arm, and determines displacement values from the first origin to a test point in controlling movements of the robotic arm in the second coordinate system. A graph representing the test point is recognized in an image of the PCB, pixel value differences between the graph center and the image center are determined and converted to displacement correction values for controlling the movements of the robotic arm and determining 3D coordinates of the test point. The robotic arm is moved along a Z-axis of the second coordinate system to precisely position the probe on the test point of the PCB.

    摘要: A system and method for measuring performance of an electronic product using a measurement control device that connects to a measuring machine and a display device. A component of the electronic product is determined according to a coordinate array, and a physical factor of the component to measured is determined according to performance specifications of the electronic product. A sensor corresponding to the physical factor of the component is selected from sensors of the measuring machine, and a physical factor of each the component is measured by the selected sensor. The system indicates whether the electronic product is workable or unworkable by comparing the physical factors of the components with the performance specifications of the components, and generates a measurement report for evaluating the performance of the electronic product according to the indication results.

    摘要: In a method for optimizing an order in which certain points on a circuit board can be tested and evaluated, a coordinate system is established in a circuit diagram of a circuit board, and at least one locating point is preset. When an operator selects a signal path routing within the circuit diagram, the method can display the testing points in the selected signal path routing on a display device. After calculating the distance between each of the testing points and each of the at least one locating point, a group of distances is obtained. By comparing the distances, the minimum distance can be determined from the group of distances. The method further optimizes the order of the testing points according to the distance between each of the testing points and the locating point that consists of the minimum distance.

    摘要: In a method for testing the charging and discharging reliability of a rechargeable battery, a test device measures the battery to obtain first terminal voltages and first electric currents when the battery is charged by a power supply. After the battery is discharged, the test device measures the battery to obtain second terminal voltages and second electronic currents. Based on the first terminal voltages and the first electric currents, a first lifecycle curve can be created. Based on the second terminal voltages and the second electric currents, a second lifecycle curve is created. The method compares the first lifecycle curve with a charging lifecycle curve, compares the second lifecycle curve with a discharging lifecycle curve, and generates a lifecycle estimation report of the rechargeable battery according to the comparison results.
