摘要: A power converting apparatus makes reduction of power loss possible and operates in a two-phase mode. A power converting apparatus of the inventive concept includes I-shaped block cores, each being made of a magnetic material; and E-shaped cores, each being produced by combining two L-shaped magnetic materials to each of the I-shaped cores. In each of the E-shaped cores, the block core is defined as a central leg, the other two legs are defined as a first outside leg and a second outside leg, respectively, and a closed magnetic path is configured by two E-shaped cores combined such that one of respective central legs in the two E-shaped cores, one of respective first outside legs therein, and one of respective second outside legs therein are caused to face the other of the central legs, the other of the first outside legs, and the other of the second outside legs.

摘要: A joining mechanism includes a front lower cross member 110 formed from a front plate 112 and a back plate 114 joined together to form a space, the front lower cross member 110 extending in a vehicle width direction lower than a hood lock member 108 which supports a bottom part of the vicinity of a front end of an engine hood 104, and a hood lock brace 120 which extends in a vehicle height direction between the hood lock member 108 and the front lower cross member 110, the hood lock brace 120 joining the hood lock member 108 and the front lower cross member 110, wherein upper end vicinities of the front plate 112 and the back plate 114 of the front lower cross member 110 are fastened to the front side of the hood lock brace 120, and the upper end surface 112j of the front plate 112 and the upper end surface 114j of the back plate 114 are separated from the hood lock brace 120.

摘要: A magnetic core assembly with coils therein has a substantially spherical or ellipsoidal main body defining a hollow space therein. A column is disposed in the main body so as to be aligned with a center line of the main body. The main body is defined by a pair of separated halves. The main body has a slot extending outward form the hollow space, and the slot aligns with a separating plane of the halves. The core assembly has a bobbin that is formed with a barrel wound by the coils, and the barrel has a through hole receiving the column of the core assembly. The bobbin has a retainer plate arranged with terminals for the coils. The retainer plate extends from the main body via the slot. A mounting board for the core assembly is formed with an opening to receive the spherical or ellipsoidal main core body such that the mounting board supports the core body on a periphery of the opening.
