摘要： A pulverized coal-fired boiler efficiently supplies air to a central part of a furnace and the neighborhood of a furnace wall, thereby promoting mixture with combustion gas, and reducing both NOx and CO.The main after air ports are structured so as to jet air having a large momentum for enabling arrival at the central part of the furnace, and the sub-after air ports are structured so as to jet air having a small momentum to the neighborhood of the wall face of the furnace, and a sectional center of each of the sub-after air ports is within a range from 1 to 5 times of a caliber of the main after air ports from a sectional center of each of the main after air ports.

The pulverized coal burning boiler includes a pulverized coal feed measuring device for measuring the feeding rates of the pulverized coal to be conveyed through coal feeding pipes, individually, and a control device for calculating the burning air feeding rates to match the pulverized coal feeding rates thereby to send a control command signal to burning air feed adjusting device, so that a burner air ratio set by a burner air ratio setting device may be kept on the basis of both the pulverized coal feeding rate, which is measured by the pulverized coal feed measuring device, and the burning air feeding rate, which is measured by the burning air feeding rate measuring device and fed to a pulverized coal burner connected to the coal feeding pipes.

The barrel joint has a first support hole formed proximal to the barrel joint opening, a second support hole formed distal to the barrel joint opening and having a larger diameter than the first support hole, and a receiver formed between the first and second support holes orthogonal to an axis of the holes. The connector has a handle connection connected to the handle joint, a first barrel connection formed on an outer periphery of the connector and engaging with the first support hole, a second barrel connection formed on an outer periphery of the connector and engaging with the second support hole, a stopper formed between the first and second barrel connections orthogonal to an axis of the connections, and an outer fastener having an external thread and a lock nut and engaging with a periphery of the barrel joint opening, the thread and lock unit of the outer fastener being fastened to each other to press the stopper and receiver to each other. The bat has improved strength between the handle and the barrel.
