    摘要: In one aspect there is provided a gas flare comprising a hollow cylindrical member having a bottom end, a top end, a discharge end at said top end, and defining an interior volume having a mixing region. The gas flare further comprises a gas inlet to receive waste fluids, an air inlet to receive and direct air into the interior volume, and an internal riser having an outlet. The mixing region is located above the air inlet and below the discharge end. The internal riser fluidly and sealably connects to the gas inlet and directs all waste fluids from the gas inlet, out through the outlet, into the mixing region.

    摘要: In a premixing combustion device (1) for a heating boiler, comprising a blower (2) which delivers a combustion mixture composed of fuel and air from an outlet opening (8) of the blower (2) via a burner cylinder (9) to a combustion zone, wherein a mixing device (3) arranged upstream of the blower (2) prepares the combustion mixture, it is sought to provide a solution which, in a structurally simple manner, ensures reliable starting of the heating boiler and prevents failures. This is achieved by means of a throughflow reduction device (10) which is arranged between the outlet opening (8) of the blower (2) and the burner cylinder (9) and which has a throughflow reduction element (13) which can be adjusted between a position in which it opens the outlet opening (8) of the blower (2) and a position in which it reduces the size of the outlet opening (8) of the blower (2).

    摘要: A high efficiency laminar flow burner system for proving a stream of heat energy including a supply input module for providing fuel and laminar streams of air to a combustion manifold. The laminar air delivery system includes a damper, a blower, and an air delivery controller. The air delivery controller receives an efficiency signal to control the flow of a laminar air intake stream by adjusting the damper. The combustion manifold includes an air-fuel mixing system, a stoichiometric unit, and a refractory unit each coupled to one another. The laminar air intake stream traveling from the supply input module passes through a stoichiometric unit body to meet with a first combustion stream from an air-fuel mixing chamber within the stoichiometric unit body to define a second combustion stream. The second combustion stream then travels across the refractory passageway to define a third combustion stream.

    摘要: An air control regulator regulates the amount of air flowing into the inlet of a combustion chamber by causing flowing air to support a disc located in the air passage against the force of gravity. Air passes around the edges of the disc and is channeled into a plurality of airflows by ovoid depressions in the inner surfaces of the regulator forming a venturi chamber. By regulating the airflow into the combustion chamber, combustion efficiency is improved.

    摘要: A system and method are disclosed for enhancing airflow through a vertically oriented spiral freezer or oven stack used for freezing or heating food product. At least one high-static fan assembly is mounted above a spiral stack assembly of the system to accelerate and direct air vertically through the spiral stack assembly. Air is directed through a heat exchanger via at least one circulation fan, cooling or heating the air via the heat exchanger. The cooled or heated air is vertically accelerated through the vertically oriented spiral stack assembly via at least one high-static fan assembly mounted above the spiral stack assembly. A method is also disclosed to retrofit a system having a vertically oriented spiral freezer or oven stack to enhance airflow through the stack.

    摘要: A stovepipe thermoelectric generator. The unit fits in a stovepipe of a coal or wood stove. At least one thermoelectric module is sandwiched between a hot side fin unit with fins extending into the flow of exhaust gases and a cold side fin unit with fins cooled by forced room air. A damper controls exhaust gas flow through a heat chamber, directing the exhaust gas through a generating side and a bypass side depending on a temperature indication. This prevents heat damage to the thermoelectric module. At least one fan is provided to force room air through cooling fins of the cold side fin unit An electric circuit is described for providing power for the fan and providing additional electric power for purposes such as charging a battery.
