摘要： Disclosed is a relative rotation transmitting apparatus comprising outer and inner coaxial shafts, main and sub drives, speed-reduction unit operatively connected both to the telescoped shafts and the main and sub drives with associated gear wheels, and a tool-carrier fixed to the fore-end of the outer shaft and having means for converting the rotation of the inner shaft about the longitudinal axis to the rotation about an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and means for converting the rotation about the perpendicular axis to the linear feeding of a tool along the perpendicular axis, thereby permitting the tool to rotate and move radially.
