    摘要: A spring-type fastener driving tool includes a plunger having a blade that drives in fasteners, a spring that urges the plunger downwards and is capable of being compressed upwards, a spring compression mechanism unit that includes a drum that causes the plunger to move in a compression direction of the spring based on rotational force of a motor, a reduction mechanism unit, and a one-way clutch than prohibits reverse rotation of the motor. Reverse rotation of the drum due to the urging force of the spring is prevented by providing the one-way clutch between an input side rotating shaft of the reduction mechanism unit and a rotation output shaft of the motor.

In a case where the single-driving mode/continuous-driving mode changeover switch 233 instructs a single driving mode, the controller 50 causes a driver blade 3a to perform fastener driving operation when both a trigger switch 5 and a push lever switch 22 are switched, by switching operation, from the one switch status to the other switch status (e.g., the ON status). Consequently, fastener driving operation is made possible regardless of sequence of actuation of the trigger switch 5 and the push lever switch 22.

The electric driving machine is provided with a second switching element connected in series with the engagement/disengagement means and a third switching element connected in shunt with the engagement/disengagement means. When a push lever switch is in an OFF position where driving of a fastener is not ready, the third switching element is held in an ON state.

    摘要: Even when a transient decrease has arisen in a battery voltage VBAT of a battery pack at startup of a motor that drives a flywheel, a power terminal Vcc and a reset terminal RES (or an input terminal IN of a reset IC) of a microcomputer are replenished with a normal voltage by the voltage accumulated by a capacitor of the backup power circuit, and hence a controller can maintain normal operation without involvement of faulty operation. As a result, even the battery pack whose battery has a smaller amount of remaining energy can be effectively utilized as the power source of an electric driving machine.

A drive shaft is concentric with and integral with the flywheel. A coil spring is fixed to the drive shaft. A driven rotor is coaxial with the drive shaft and has one end portion serving as a spring seat portion positioned within the coil spring. A pinion is disposed at the driven rotor and is meshedly engaged with the rack. An urging section is disposed within the driven rotor. A ball is movably disposed in a through-hole formed in the driven rotor for urging an end portion of the coil spring by the urging section. A solenoid controls a protruding amount of the ball from the surface of the driven rotor.
