摘要: The present invention realizes a new actuated valve type water flow detection device that can be applied to a pipe with a relatively large bore diameter. The water flow detection device A includes a coil spring for urging a detection rod in an opening direction of a valve body. Therefore, while detecting water flow by linking a rotation of the detection rod to a rotation of the valve body when the valve body opens or closes by a differential pressure, the detection rod does not apply a closing load to the valve body that is released. Therefore, even when the rotation of the valve body is small because the water flow in the secondary side is small in a conventional actuated valve type water flow detection device, it is possible to increase an opening angle of the valve body.

摘要: A water flow detection device is provided in which strength and water proof performance of the switch box that protects a switch or the like of the water flow detection device are improved and the workability of wiring work of signal line and checking work is good. In the water flow detection device, the inside of the main body has a check valve structure, and a signal output means for detecting opening of a valve body and outputting a signal is contained in a housing connected to the main body. The housing includes a base and a cover. The base includes a first surface that is a surface connecting to the main body and a second surface formed by extending and bending the first surface. The cover is engaged with an edge of the first surface opposite to the second surface and covers the signal output means. A fixing means of the cover is provided at one position in a marginal edge of the second surface.

摘要: In a water flow detection device in which signals are output in response to movement of a detection rod that rotates in conjunction with the opening of a valve body, a pin that supports the detection rod is capable of being provided so as to be constantly parallel to a valve shaft of the valve body, and a water flow is capable of being accurately detected by the rotation of the detection rod while the detection rod contacts the valve body without being inclined, the detection rod rotating in response to opening and closing of the valve body. Accordingly, the water flow detection device includes a retainer and an extended block as holding members that hold the pin of the detection rod such that the pin is parallel to the valve shaft of the valve body, the retainer having a bearing for the pin, and the extended block holding the retainer to fix the retainer to the main body with a bolt. Furthermore, the retainer and the extended block respectively have a protrusion and a groove as rotation-restricting sections, and these members engage with each other.
