    摘要: The present invention realizes a new actuated valve type water flow detection device that can be applied to a pipe with a relatively large bore diameter. The water flow detection device A includes a coil spring for urging a detection rod in an opening direction of a valve body. Therefore, while detecting water flow by linking a rotation of the detection rod 11 to a rotation of the valve body when the valve body opens or closes by a differential pressure, the detection rod does not apply a closing load to the valve body that is released. Therefore, even when the rotation of the valve body is small because the water flow in the secondary side is small in a conventional actuated valve type water flow detection device, it is possible to increase an opening angle of the valve body.

    摘要: With analysis data in the prior art, it is difficult to find out if a change regarded as a judgmental standard of the completion of seasoning has come from a change due to the seasoning, namely, change in condition of the interior of a processing container or come from another change based on a temperature change among respective dummy wafers and furthermore, it is difficult to judge whether the seasoning has been completed or not. Therefore, a plasma processing method of the present invention, which is a method for detecting the completion of seasoning in performing the seasoning by loading dummy wafers W into a processing container 2 of a plasma processing apparatus 1, includes a process of creating a predictive formula for predicting the completion of seasoning and another process of detecting the completion of seasoning in performing the seasoning, based on the predictive formula. The creation of the predictive formula is accomplished by performing a multivariate analysis against a plurality of measured data that can be obtained by first supplying dummy wafers W into the processing container 2, cooling down the interior of the processing container 2 and supplying a plurality of dummy wafers W into the processing container 2 again.

The electronic flash device further includes an IGBT drive voltage generating means, a first resistor connected between the IGBT drive voltage generating means and a gate of the IGBT, a capacitor having a terminal connected to the IGBT drive voltage generating means and having a capacitance larger than an electrostatic capacitance across the gate and an emitter of the IGBT, a second resistor having a terminal connected to the other terminal of the capacitor and the other terminal connected to the gate of the IGBT and a resistance smaller than that of the first resistor, and a third resistor connected between a ground terminal and a connection terminal between the IGBT drive voltage generating means and the first resistor.

And, the detected data obtained during the second standard processing are applied to the principal component analysis model, to obtain second residuals. The method further includes a process of weighting the second residuals based on weighting references, and constructing a new multivariate analysis model with use of the weighted second residuals; and a process of predicting a processing result of the second standard processing with use of the multivariate analysis model.

    摘要: A method of using an APC system to perform a data pre-population function is described in which the APC system is coupled to a processing element. The APC system comprises an APC computer including operational software, a database coupled to the APC computer, and a GUI, and the processing element comprises at least one of a tool, a processing module, and a sensor. When the APC system operates, the APC system collects data from the processing element and stores the collected data in the database. When an APC malfunction occurs, a data recovery (data pre-population) can be performed. When some of the historical data is missing, a data recovery (data pre-population) can be performed. When an APC system is coupled to a new tool having some historical data, a data recovery (data pre-population) can be performed.
