    摘要: An artificial timer and preparing method thereof. The artificial timber includes the following components in parts by weight: 35-50 parts of cellulose, 20-35 parts of hemicellulose and 15-35 parts of lignin, wherein the artificial timber has a density of 0.01-0.05 g/cm3. The preparing method includes: (1) dissolving 15-35 parts by weight of lignin, 35-50 parts by weight of cellulose and 20-35 parts by weight of hemicellulose with an ionic liquid; (2) cleaning and replacing it with water to obtain a lignocellulose hydrogel; and (3) drying the lignocellulose hydrogel to obtain an artificial timber. The prepared artificial timber is large in specific area, low in density, low in material energy consumption, moderate in condition and easy for operation. The obtained artificial timber is regular in shape and shaped like a sandy beige cylinder without obvious damage and deformation, which indicates that such artificial timber with high specific area has well molding capacity.

    摘要: The invention relates to a wood-based biomimetic artificial muscle and preparation method and application thereof. The biomimetic artificial muscle comprises a wood-based cellulose skeleton, and polyvinyl alcohol and at least one ionic polymer filled in the wood-based cellulose skeleton. The preparation method includes S1: slicing wood, and subjecting the obtained wood slices to ammonia treatment and delignification in sequence; S2: soaking in the solution of citric acid and/or citrate; S3: preparing water solution of an ionic polymer and DMSO water solution of polyvinyl alcohol separately, and mixing to obtain polymer solution; S4: subjecting the treated wood slices to vacuum treatment, filling the polymer solution into the container, releasing vacuum, and pressurizing to infiltrate the polymer into the wood slices until saturation; S5: freezing the wood slices in a refrigerator and thawing; and S6: repeating S5 for 5-10 times, washing the wood slices, and drying. The inventive biomimetic artificial muscle obtained by physical crosslinking not only has the same elasticity and electrostriction as the polymer, but also maintains the strength of the wood-based skeleton.

    摘要: The present invention provides a powder-assembled composite micro-nano fiber and a method for preparing the powder-assembled composite micro-nano fiber. The method includes the following steps: (1) preparing two-dimensional cellulose from a cellulose-raw-material; (2) dispersing the two-dimensional cellulose and a powder material in a solvent to form a mixed suspension; and (3) performing freeze drying on the mixed suspension to obtain the powder-assembled composite micro-nano fiber, wherein a temperature difference between two ends in a vertical direction of the mixed suspension is controlled to be 10-100° C. in a freezing process of the freeze drying. In the present invention, a new non-destructive processing path from primary particles to macro applications is constructed, and rich material platforms and infinite possibilities are provided for basic studies and technical applications. The technology will play a huge role in energy, medical material, environment, protection, catalysis, photoelectricity, food engineering, daily necessity and other vast fields.

    摘要: A graphene material prepared using waste tires and a preparation method thereof. Waste tires are crushed to 30-200 meshes to obtain tire powders. The tire powders are mixed with KOH or an aqueous solution of KOH to obtain a homogeneous mixture. The mixture is dried at 50-90° C. for 12-48 hours, heated and calcinated in a tube furnace under a protective gas for 1-48 hour to obtain a black lump. The black lump is washed with distilled water, dilute hydrochloric acid or dilute sulfuric acid for at least 3 times, and then washed with deionized water for at least 3 times to obtain a black powder. The black powder is dried to obtain the graphene material. The graphene material has a three-dimensional structure composed of oligolayer graphene intertwined and connected with each other, has a high crystallinity, is not easily agglomerated, and thus can maintain nano-effect of the graphene material.
