Abstract: A foldable label is provided that includes a first portion including a first length defined by opposing ends of the first portion and a first width defined by opposing sides of the first portion, a second portion including a second length defined by opposing ends of the second portion and a second width defined by opposing sides of the second portion, and a third portion surrounding the second portion on both sides and one end. The third portion may be attached to the second portion along both sides. The second length may be substantially equal to the first length and the second width may be substantially equal to the first width. An apparatus may be configured to receive a printed, peeled label and to facilitate the folding of the label.
