Abstract: Disclosed are a retransmission control method and apparatus in a multi-user shared access (MUSA) process, a UE and a storage medium. The method comprises: allocating an MUSA number for a UE (101); receiving an MUSA data packet sent by the UE in an uplink MUSA resource range indicated by a base station (102): using a multi-user shared access radio network temporary identifier (MUSA-RNTI) to indicate a segment of radio resource block used for transmitting acknowledgement information (103); broadcasting the MUSA number of the UE, the data packet of which is correctly received, in the indicated radio resource block, so that the UE determines, according to the MUSA number, whether to retransmit the MUSA data packet which has been sent (104).
