Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices are disclosed for implementing a water saving mechanism. In one aspect, a reservoir is provided to collect cold water while hot water is being heated. Once a desired temperature is reached, a valve is actuated to allow water to bypass the reservoir and be dispensed through a shower head. The reservoir can be used to dispense the cold water at a later time.
