Abstract: Systems and methods to bridge communications between a client application and a web server are described herein. A network publication system is monitored. A bid submission for an item listing is detected, the item listing accessed from a web server by a client application. An alert associated with the detecting of the bid submission is provided. A communication with the web server is initiated, the communication including a response to the provided alert.
