摘要: A conveyor system for conveying material may include a conveyor belt, a feeding mechanism for feeding materials to be conveyed onto the conveyor belt, and a belt system in which the conveyor belt is guided. The belt system may include a first belt-shaping device with which the conveyor belt can be shaped into a U shape. Thus the material to be conveyed may be brought from a substantially flat shape into the U shape. A second belt-shaping device of the belt system may shape the conveyor belt downstream of the feeding mechanism in the conveying direction to form a closed tube. The feeding mechanism may include a catching region configured such that material to be conveyed accumulates therein and forms an impact surface onto which the material to be conveyed can be fed.

摘要: A carrier roller for a conveyor belt may be configured to be rotatable about an axis of rotation and may include a roll element with a rolling support region that is configured to provide rolling support for the conveyor belt. The rolling support region is rotationally symmetrical with respect to the axis of rotation of the carrier roller and has different diameters along its axial extension, including a maximum diameter and a minimum diameter. The minimum diameter of the rolling support region is at least 95% and at most 99.8% of the maximum diameter of the rolling support region. Carrier roller stations and belt conveyor systems may employ such carrier rollers.
