    摘要: The invention relates to a conveyor belt arrangement of a material processing device having a conveyor belt (20) and a receiving and adjustment mechanism for adjusting the conveyor belt between a transport position and a working position. To this end, the conveyor belt is mounted on bearing elements (40, 60), which are rotatably connected to receiving elements (30, 50) of the receiving and adjusting mechanism. According to the invention, the receiving elements are each coupled to a pivot bearing each having a pivot axis (30.1, 50.1) for the pivotable attachment to the material processing device, and at least one bearing element is connected to the conveyor belt in a linearly adjustable manner, and/or between the conveyor belt and the pivot bearing of at least one receiving element, a compensating mechanism is provided, by means of which a spacing change between the bearing elements can be compensated for. The conveyor belt arrangement allows the simple adjustment of the conveyor belt of a material processing device between a working position and a transport position.

On a bearing, oriented along the conveyor belt plane, for bearing the goods and, on a guiding side of the conveyor belt, at least one guide surface, oriented along the conveyor belt plane, for guiding the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt includes a plurality of notches in the guide surface. The notches include a plurality of guide notches to engage at least one guide ridge for guiding the conveyor belt along the conveying direction, wherein a longitudinal axis of each of the guide notches is oriented along the conveying direction, and a number of drive notches for engaging at least one drive ridge for driving the conveyor belt along the conveying direction.

    摘要: In one embodiment, the invention comprises at least one, and preferably a plurality, of rollers provided with recesses in their peripheral surfaces and mounted on the drive and trailing assemblies of a conveyor system. At least one side wall of each recess is angularly disposed relative to the central axes of the respective drive or trailing assemblies and the recesses are sized to receive therein a portion of the belt contacting the rollers. The bottom and side walls of the recesses act against the engaged portion of the belt to propel the belt through the system, support the belt and maintain the belt in proper tracking alignment. Alternative embodiments employing polygonal rollers, alternately slotted rollers and rollers with "single sided" recesses are also provided.
