    Abstract: It is an object to make it possible for magnetic sensors to be readily disposed in such a manner that the position of the magnetic sensors relative to the rotary shaft corresponds to the design position. The magnetic sensor device 3 comprises a magnetic sensor 4 having a magnetic wire rod that generates a large Barkhausen effect, a yoke 21, a casing 22 in which the magnetic sensor 4 and the yoke 21 are accommodated, and sensor securing portions 28 for securing the casing 22 to a substrate. The terminals 15 of the magnetic sensor 4 are compression terminals, and, as the casing 22 is secured to the substrate by the sensor securing portions 28, the terminals 15 are pressed against conductor portions on the substrate and are electrically connected to the conductor portions.

    Abstract: Terminals have a retained portion located forwardly of a receiving space and retained in a housing, and a contact arm portion that extends toward the rear from the retained portion; a contact arm portion has a contact portion that protrudes toward the receiving space in the connector thickness direction perpendicular to the forward-backward direction and the terminal array direction and is capable of contacting the counterpart connect body; a contact portion faces the interior surface of the receiving space across a gap in the connector thickness direction; the terminals have an extension portion located forwardly of the contact portion; the extension portion has a reflective portion in the rear end portion thereof; the reflective portion has a rear end face within a range that includes the protruding end of the contact portion when viewed from the rear; and the rear end face is formed as a reflecting surface.

    Abstract: The socket terminals, whose lateral faces opposed in the connector width direction perpendicular both to the direction of mating connection and to the terminal array direction are exposed from within the socket housing over at least part of the extent, are enabled to make contact with the plug terminals using the faces proximate to the receiving space; the socket housing, along with having, on the opposite outer sides of the terminal array range in the terminal array direction, end supporting portions capable of supporting the plug housing toward the socket terminals in the connector width direction, has the receiving space open to the opposite side from the socket terminals in the connector width direction within the terminal array range in the terminal array direction; and the plug terminals have the lateral faces thereof opposed in the connector width direction exposed from within the plug housing over part of the extent.

    Abstract: Herein is an electrical connector with an inner conductor extending in the mating direction, a main body portion extending in the mating direction to accommodate one end of the inner conductor and to which a coaxial cable is attached, and a mating portion extending in the mating direction to accommodate the other end of the inner conductor and mates with a counterpart connector. An accommodating space in the main body portion accommodates one end of the inner conductor. An attachment aperture communicates with the accommodating space by extending in the lateral direction perpendicular to the mating direction and attaches the coaxial cable to the main body portion to connect its center conductor to one end of the inner conductor. The attachment aperture of the main body portion includes a tapered portion decreasing in diameter toward the accommodating space at the end proximal to the accommodating space.
