摘要: Provided is a material for hot stamping including: a steel sheet including carbon (C) in an amount of 0.28 wt % to 0.50 wt %, silicon (Si) in an amount of 0.15 wt % to 0.70 wt %, manganese (Mn) in an amount of 0.5 wt % to 2.0 wt %, phosphorus (P) in an amount less than or equal to 0.05 wt %, sulfur (S) in an amount less than or equal to 0.01 wt %, chromium (Cr) in an amount of 0.1 wt % to 0.5 wt %, boron (B) in an amount of 0.001 wt % to 0.005 wt %, balance iron (Fe), and other inevitable impurities; and fine precipitates distributed in the steel sheet, wherein the fine precipitates include nitride or carbide of at least one of titanium (Ti), niobium (Nb), and vanadium (V), and trap hydrogen.

摘要: The present invention provides a dent-resistant cold-rolled steel sheet having excellent dent-resistance properties. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the dent-resistant cold-rolled steel sheet includes, by weight, carbon (C): 0.005% to 0.03%, manganese (Mn): 1.0% to 2.5%, aluminum (Al): 0.2% to 0.8%, sum of chromium (Cr) and molybdenum (Mo): 0.3% to 1.5%, sum of niobium (Nb) and titanium (Ti): 0.001% to 0.01%, phosphorus (P): greater than 0% to 0.02%, sulfur (S): greater than 0% to 0.01%, and the balance of iron (Fe) and other unavoidable impurities, wherein a yield strength (YP) of 195 MPa or greater, a tensile strength (ST) of 340 MPa or greater, elongation (El) of 33% or greater, and a bake hardening (BH) amount of 40 MPa or greater are satisfied.

摘要: An embodiment of the present invention provides a steel sheet for hot press, including carbon (C) in an amount of 0.03 to 0.15 wt%, silicon (Si) in an amount of 0.1 to 1.5 wt%, manganese (Mn) in an amount of 1.0 to 2.0 wt%, phosphorus (P) in an amount of 0.1 wt% or less, sulfur (S) in an amount of 0.01 wt% or less, boron (B) in an amount of 0.0005 to 0.005 wt%, a sum of one or more of titanium (Ti), niobium (Nb), and vanadium (V) in an amount of 0.01 to 1.0 wt%, chromium (Cr) in an amount of 0.01 to 0.5 wt%, the balance of iron (Fe), and other unavoidable impurities. The steel sheet for hot press includes MnS-based inclusions, and an area fraction of the MnS-based inclusions is 5 % or less.

A final microstructure includes ferrite, bainite, pearlite, retained austenite, and precipitates comprising copper.
