摘要: A steel wire for springs includes a main steel body and having a line shape, and an oxidized layer covering an outer peripheral surface of the main body. The steel constituting the main body contains between 0.6 and 0.7 mass % C, between 1.7 and 2.5 mass % Si, between 0.2 and 1 mass % Mn, between 0.6 and 2 mass % Cr, and between 0.08 and 0.25 mass % V, with the balance consisting of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The steel constituting the main body has a tempered martensitic structure. The oxidized layer includes a high Si concentration layer having a maximum concentration of Si of not less than 2.5 times and not more than 5.5 times that of the main body. The main body includes an intergranular oxidized layer arranged to constitute the outer peripheral surface and having a thickness of not less than 0.5 μm and not more than 2.5 μm.

摘要: A sheet metal component made of a hot-formed flat steel product including a steel substrate consisting of, in mass. %, C: 0.1-0.4%, Mn: 0.5-3.0%, Si: 0.05-0.5%, Cr: 0.005-1.0%, B: 0.00050.01% and optionally one or more of V, Ti, Nb, Al, Ni, Cu, Mo, and W, where the contents of the respective optionally present alloy element are V: 0.001-0.2%, Ti: 0.01-0.1%, Nb: 0.001-0.1%, Al: 0.01-0.2%, Ni: 0.01-0.4%, Cu: 0.01-0.8%, Mn: 0.002-1.0%, W: 0.001-1.0%, and the remainder iron and unavoidable impurities, wherein the unavoidable impurities include contents of less than 0.1% P, less than 0.05% S, and less than 0.01% N, and an Al corrosion protection layer applied to the steel substrate, wherein the component is optionally hardened. An adhesive section having an SDR value of 3-30%, determined according to ISO 25178, is provided on the free outer face of the corrosion protection coating for adhering the sheet metal component to another component.

In addition to the alloying concept, the steel includes ferrite and overaged martensite microstructures that are strengthened, and a volume fraction of the magnetic phases is controlled. The steel can be processed to sheet form and galvanized and galvannealed.

An aspect of the present invention provides a hot press forming member having excellent resistance to hydrogen embrittlement, the hot press forming member comprising a base steel plate and an alloy-plated layer formed on the surface of the base steel plate, wherein the alloy-plated layer contains pores such that pores having a size of 5 μm or less constitute 3-30% of the surface area of the alloy-plated layer as viewed in a cross-section taken in the thickness direction of the member.

摘要: Provided is a steel suitable as a material for automobiles and, specifically, to a high-strength steel sheet having excellent hole expandability and ductility, and a manufacturing method therefor. The high-strength steel sheet of the present invention has a microstructure comprising a hard phase and a soft phase, wherein a martensite phase, which is the hard phase, is evenly distributed in a recrystallized ferrite matrix through optimized cold-rolling and annealing processes, and a nonequilibrium (quasi-equilibrium) ferrite phase is introduced at the interface between the hard phase and the soft phase so as to increase the crack resistance during processing.

摘要: A method for producing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes: heating a steel slab containing a specific composition; subsequently performing hot rolling; performing hot-band annealing as necessary; performing cold rolling either once or two or more times with intermediate annealing between each rolling to obtain a cold-rolled sheet having a final sheet thickness; performing primary recrystallization annealing which also serves as decarburization annealing; and performing finishing annealing. In the method for producing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, the heating temperature for the slab is 1300° C. or higher. In the rough rolling of the hot rolling, one of rolling passes is performed in the temperature range of 1200° C. or higher, and subsequently, a next rolling pass is performed in an opposite direction after a time interval of 5 seconds or longer, with a total rolling reduction of the rough rolling achieved 75% or higher.

摘要: Provided are a hot-rolled steel sheet having excellent formability and a manufacturing method therefore. The steel sheet includes: carbon (C): 0.05 to 0.17%, silicon (Si): 0.01 to 1.5%, manganese (Mn): 1.5 to 3.0%, aluminum (Al): 0.01 to 0.1%, chromium (Cr): 2.0% or less (including 0%), molybdenum (Mo): 2.0% or less (including 0%), titanium (Ti): 0.01 to 0.15%, phosphorus (P): 0.001 to 0.05%, sulfur (S): 0.0001 to 0.05%, nitrogen (N): 0.0001 to 0.02%, with a balance of Fe and other unavoidable impurities, satisfies: (1.5×[Si]+1.2×[Cr]+0.7×[Mo]+8.0×[Ti])/[C]>20 where each element refers to a weight content, and a microstructure including 70 to 90% of acicular ferrite or bainitic ferrite by area fraction, as a matrix structure, and one or more second phases among low-temperature bainite, tempered martensite, and MA phase.
