Abstract: Provided is a cold-rolled steel sheet including: by weight %, C: 0.10 to 0.16%, Si: 0.3 to 0.8%, Al: 0.01 to 0.5%, Mn: 2.0 to 3.0%, Cr: 0.001 to 0.5%, Mo: 0.001 to 0.5%, B: 0.0001 to 0.001%, Nb: 0.001 to 0.05%, Ti: 0.001 to 0.05%, P: 0.04% or less (excluding 0%), S: 0.01% or less (excluding 0%), N: 0.01% or less (excluding 0%), a remainder of Fe, and other unavoidable impurities, as a microstructure, by area %, ferrite: 10% or less (excluding 0%), retained austenite: more than 1% to 5% or less, martensite: 25% or more but less than 50%, and bainite: 35% or more but less than 70%. An average size of martensite-austenite (MA) in the bainite is 0.35 to 0.55 μm.

Abstract: The present invention provides a steel plate for an advanced nuclear power unit evaporator and a manufacturing method for the steel plate. The steel plate includes the following components in percentage by mass: 0.10%-0.14% of C, 0.10%-0.25% of Si, 0.25%-0.50% of Mn, P≤0.006%, S≤0.002%, 1.80%-2.10% of Cr, 1.00%-1.35% of Mo, 0.80%-1.20% of Ni, 0%-0.04% of Nb, 0.05%-0.10% of V, 0.03%-0.06% of Ti, 0%-0.02% of Alt, 0.001%-0.004% of Ca, 0.01%-0.03% of N, Sn≤0.001%, H≤0.0001%, and O≤0.0020%, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein a high temperature temper embrittlement resistance coefficient J=(Si+Mn)×(P+Sn)×104≤50. The provided process procedures can ensure the comprehensive performance requirements of the steel plate for an advanced nuclear power unit evaporator.

supplying a finished strip to a first cooling group of a cooling sector to force-cool the core of the finished strip to a second exit temperature (TA2) in the range 620° C. to 700° C., whereby, upon exiting the first cooling group, the core has a predominantly austenitic microstructure, transporting the finished strip to a third cooling group establishing, during the transport, a second cooling rate of the core of the finished strip in the range −25 K/s to 20 K/s to convert a first portion of the austenitic microstructure into a ferritic microstructure, force-cooling the core of the finished strip in the third cooling group to a third exit temperature (TA3) which is not more than the bainite starting temperature (BS) to at least partially convert a second portion of the austenite into a bainitic microstructure.-

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a low-density clad steel sheet, including: preparing a base material, a lightweight steel sheet including C: 0.3 to 1.0%, Mn: 4.0 to 16.0%, Al: 4.5 to 9.0%, and Fe; preparing cladding materials, each being martensitic carbon steel including C: 0.1 to 0.45%, Mn: 0.1 to 3.0%, and Fe; disposing the base material between the cladding materials to obtain a laminate; welding an edge of the laminate, and heating the welded laminate to 1050 to 1350° C.; finish-rolling the heated laminate to 750 to 1050° C. with a rolling reduction ratio of 30% or more in a first pass, to obtain a hot-rolled steel sheet; coiling the hot-rolled steel sheet at 400 to 700° C.; applying a cold-reduction ratio of 35 to 90% to obtain a cold-rolled steel sheet; and annealing the cold-rolled steel sheet at 550° C. or higher and A3+200° C. or lower of the cladding materials.

Abstract: A hardened part coated with a phosphatable coating is provided. The part is made by a method that includes providing a steel sheet pre-coated with a metallic coating including from 4.0 to 20.0% by weight of zinc, from 1.0 to 3.5% by weight of silicon, optionally from 1.0 to 4.0% by weight of magnesium, and optionally additional elements chosen from Pb, Ni, Zr, or Hf, the content by weight of each additional element being less than 0.3% by weight, the balance being aluminum and unavoidable impurities and residuals elements. The steel sheet is cut to obtain a blank, the blank is thermally treated at a temperature between 840 and 950° C. to obtain a fully austenitic microstructure in the steel, the blank is transferred into a press tool and hot-formed to obtain a part. The part is cooled to obtain a martensitic or martensitic-bainitic microstructure or made of at least 75% of equiaxed ferrite, from 5 to 20% of martensite and bainite in amount less than or equal to 10%.

Abstract: An ultra-high strength steel has improved processing windows for galvanizing and galvannealing though a novel alloying concept. In addition to the alloying concept, the steel includes ferrite and overaged martensite microstructures that are strengthened, and a volume fraction of the magnetic phases is controlled. The steel can be processed to sheet form and galvanized and galvannealed.
