Abstract: A coupling ring is provided, including a series of unit members with adjacent unit members rotatably coupled to each other, and a fastener coupling unit members on both ends to each other. A concave groove provided to extend circumferentially is externally fitted into an outer circumference of each of two opposing flanges. The unit members on the both ends are coupled to each other by the fastener to be turned into an annular state. The fastener is fastened to thereby press an inclined surface. The flanges are pressure-bonded to each other by forces generated during pressing. A stopper member is provided to restrict a separation angle between the unit member on one end and an adjacent unit member to fall within a certain angle in an open state in which the unit members on the both ends are not coupled to each other provided on at least one of the unit members.

Abstract: Provided is a joint structure with which a pipe can be disconnected without moving the pipe in a longitudinal direction thereof, even if the pipe is not machined. A first sleeve has an inner cavity into which a pipe is inserted, and one end part of the first sleeve comes into contact with a joint body. A second sleeve has a hole into which the pipe is inserted, and one end part of the second sleeve comes into contact with the other end part of the first sleeve. A nut covers one end part of the joint body, the first sleeve, and the second sleeve, and the nut is threaded onto the joint body in a state of pressing against the surface of the second sleeve on the side opposite from the first sleeve.

Abstract: A fitting to be connected to a pipe includes: a first member; a second member coupled by screw coupling with the first member; and a ferrule placed in an accommodation space formed by an inner circumferential surface of the first member, an inner circumferential surface of the second member, and an outer circumferential surface of the pipe. The ferrule has a rising portion including a first end portion, a pressed portion located closer to a second end portion than the rising portion, and an intermediate portion including a portion where an inner diameter is greater than the first end portion and the second end portion, the intermediate portion connecting together the rising portion and the pressed portion. The first member has a first tapered inner circumferential surface, which is an inner circumferential surface having a tapered shape, to be in contact with the first end portion of the ferrule. The second member has a pressing portion for pressing at least a portion of the pressed portion of the ferrule. The accommodation space has a first clearance space for accommodating the ferrule therein and allowing the rising portion to rise so as to increase an angle of the rising portion with respect to the outer circumferential surface of the pipe.

Abstract: A valve includes a housing defining therein a channel, a valve seat on an inner surface of the housing at a middle of the channel, a valve body member seated on and unseated from the valve seat to close and open the channel, and a stem spaced from the valve seat and rotatable around a first axis parallel with an opening surface of the valve seat. The valve body member and the stem respectively have a restricting hole and a restricting projection mutually slidably engageable to form a cam mechanism. The cam mechanism, in conjunction with rotation of the stem, reciprocates the valve body member between the seated position and the unseated position, and rotates the valve body member to be in a posture along a flow direction of a fluid flowing through the housing at the unseated position.
