    Abstract: A system, apparatus, and method for performing payments using a web browser. The payment is made by activating a uniform resource locater (URL), which is linked to a website at a server, wherein the website comprises an embedded payment program that is loaded with a predetermined amount of payment and installs the embedded payment program in the mobile device. The payment program is configured to transfer the payment data through a near-field communication (NFC) radio to a payment terminal. The payment program is deleted after performing the payment.

    Abstract: A system and a method for executing payments over a digital network are provided. The system includes a first server operably coupled to a database configured to allocate a disposable payment element to a member of a loyalty club at a second server. The first server is configured to receive a request from a payment service provider (PSP) to approve an amount paid with the disposable payment element at a point of sale (POS), approve the amount to purchase made with the disposable payment element, receive a message from the PSP that a purchase made at the POS is completed, delete the disposable payment element from the payment element database, and upload a new disposable payment element to the payment elements database.

    Abstract: A system, apparatus and a method for purchasing goods with a digital wallet application is disclosed. The digital wallet application is configured to perform a payment from a user digital wallet module by a near field communication (NFC) radio of a mobile device. The mobile application is configured to upload a first token with a user creditability to the user digital wallet to enable a purchase, receive from the user digital wallet module a request for an amount of payment, receive approval for the payment from a user server and transfer the amount of payment to a merchant, remove the first token from the user digital wallet module; and upload a second token with the user creditability information for use in the next purchase, wherein the second token comprises a different identification code than the first token.
