    摘要: The present invention provides an eye accommodation function state measurement device which places only a small burden on the subject, allows confirmation of an intermediate measurement result, and is more conveniently used. The eye accommodation function state measurement device disposes an image at a plurality of positions by using an image moving mechanism, and measures the accommodation function state of the subject's eye at each position. The eye accommodation function state measurement device includes a control section (65) which provides a measurement suspension period (S6 to S10) in which the measurement is suspended. In the measurement suspension period, the eye accommodation function state measurement device calculates the eye accommodation function state (S7), displays the intermediate measurement result of the eye accommodation function state (S8), or transmits data from the control section (65) to an external storage section (69) (S9).

    摘要: In a slit lamp microscope, ease of maintenance of an illumination-power-supply cable is improved while preventing the cable from appearing untidy. An illumination support arm of a slit lamp microscope is provided with a groove-shaped cable holder in which the illumination-power-supply cable is disposed along the outer surface of the illumination support arm in an externally exposed state. This configuration facilitates replacement of the illumination-power-supply cable even when a problem, such as breaking of the illumination-power-supply cable, occurs, thus improving ease of maintenance. Furthermore, because the illumination-power-supply cable is disposed along the groove-shaped cable holder, the slit lamp microscope has a neat appearance.

    摘要: An eye examination apparatus includes an accommodation power acquisition unit, a corrected accommodation power calculation unit, a drive unit and an accommodative microfluctuation measurement unit. The accommodation power acquisition unit acquires an accommodation power which is determined from a difference between a near point and a distant point of an examined eye. The corrected accommodation power calculation unit calculates an integrated value of the accommodation power and a correction coefficient. The drive unit drives a vision target in a direction of an optical axis of the examined eye. The accommodative microfluctuation measurement unit controls the drive unit to cause the vision target to be arranged onto a corrected accommodation position corresponding to the integrated value, such that the accommodative microfluctuation measurement unit measures an eye accommodation function based on a frequency of appearance of a high frequency component representative of ciliary body accommodative microfluctuation.
