摘要: Described and depicted is an application device for applying additional elements, in particular straws, to packages, preferably cardboard composite packages, having at least one transport device for transporting the packages along a transport track having at least one applicator adjustable, from a pick-up position for picking up the additional elements, to an application position for applying the additional elements to the packages and back. To facilitate the application of the additional elements at a higher application speed without having to take on considerable losses with regard to the reliability of the application of the additional elements or the complexity of the equipment, it is provided that at least one positioning belt extending at least in sections along the transport track of the packages is provided such that the additional elements applied to the packages are held on the packages, in particular pressed onto the packages along at least a part of the transport track by the positioning belt.

In order to enable the manufacture of packages with even more complex geometries without impairing the rigidity of the package, it is proposed to provide a third sleeve fold line, which has a plurality of sections, which each adjoin a side panel and the rear panel, and of which at least one section is curved.

摘要: A system for packaging a plurality of packing units consisting of packaging sleeves and packing-unit overwrapping on a pallet is illustrated and described, including: a plurality of packing units made of packaging sleeves and packing-unit overwrapping, the packing unit overwrapping enclosing the packaging sleeves; a pallet for stacking the packing units; pallet overwrapping, which encloses the packing units stacked on the pallet; and at least one insert provided under and/or between and/or over the stacked packing units, wherein: the packaging sleeves are produced from a composite material; each packaging sleeve has a front side and a rear side; the front side and the rear side of each packaging sleeve are separated from one another by folding edges, along which the packaging sleeve is folded flat; each packaging sleeve has two openings which are arranged on opposite sides of the packaging sleeve; each packaging sleeve has a longitudinal seam which connects two edges of the composite material to form a peripheral packaging sleeve; and the pallet overwrapping is produced from a plastics film. In order to allow space-saving, cost-effective and secure transport of packaging sleeves, the invention proposes that the packing-unit overwrapping be produced from a plastics film.

摘要: A pouring element for a package having a base body, a polyhedrally formed flange, the flange inner surfaces of which converge in face abutments, for joining to a package sleeve and at least one holding element projecting on the inside of the flange for operatively connecting to a mandrel of a packaging machine, as well as a pouring element with polyhedrally formed gable surfaces, which are correspondingly joined to the polyhedrally formed flange. Provision is made for the holding element to be formed as a rounding in the area of the face abutments on the inside of the flange, in order to prevent the pouring element from becoming damaged during the whole joining process with the package sleeve when putting the pouring element onto, holding it on and removing it from the mandrel and additionally in order to guarantee a secure and precise hold.

The invention further relates to a container precursor and to a closed container, each obtainable by the method, to an apparatus and to a use of the apparatus.
