摘要： The present invention provides a filtration device combined with self-priming pump in which a filter replacement work is easy and safe, and removal of air inside of a pump and priming are not necessary. And this filtration device is characterized to provide with a pump unit, which is a valveless-construction self-priming pump without a check valve, including a suction port, a suction chamber, an impeller, a self-priming chamber, a discharge port from an upstream of a channel to a downstream thereof in this order, the suction port and the discharge port being arranged above the level of the suction chamber and the impeller, and a self-priming chamber arranged above the level of the suction port and the discharge port; a filtration unit arranged on a channel between the self-priming chamber and the discharge port and above the level of the self-priming chamber; and a filter arranged inside of the filtration unit and above the level of residual liquid inside of the pump unit at the time of suspending of the pump unit.

摘要： A magnetic pump is provided that includes a magnet can and an impeller that are individually formed, that is capable of easily performing assembling/disassembling, that has high workability during manufacturing or maintenance, and that has high strength in a connection part between the magnet can and the impeller, and to provide a rotary body for the magnetic pump. Particularly, the fitted connection part between the magnet can and the impeller is a spigot ferrule that has a simple structure and that is firmly connectable, and a cutout portion and a convex portion are formed at a part at which an innermost part of a socket and a front end part of a spigot face each other, and the connection strength can be further heightened by twisting and turning the spigot-ferrule part, and the return of a turned state of the spigot-ferrule part is prevented by fitting the restraining member into a gap generated behind the convex portion in the turning direction of the convex portion that has entered the cutout portion and the cutout portion, and therefore the fitted connection part is never loosened.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide an oil-water separator with self-priming pump of high oil-water separation ability that enables a mixed liquid to be introduced into the oil-water separator without causing emulsification.The present invention provides an arrangement where a separator portion that separates a mixed liquid includes a rough separation portion performing rough separation of the mixed liquid by cyclone separation, a main separation portion connected to a downstream side of the rough separation portion and performing main separation according to specific gravity difference of the mixed liquid that has undergone the rough separation, a water discharge portion connected to a lower portion of the main separation portion and discharging the water from which oil has been separated and removed, and an oil storage tank storing the oil separated from the water and overflowing from an upper portion of the main separation portion, a pump device portion that introduces the mixed liquid into the separator portion includes a self-priming liquid pump connected to a downstream side of the separator portion and connected to the water discharge portion to suck the mixed liquid from an exterior of the separator portion via the rough separation portion, the main separation portion, and the water discharge portion, and an upper portion of the rough separation portion, a portion above the main separation portion, and an upper portion of the water discharge portion are put in communication in a manner enabling venting and air that has entered into the separator portion is sucked and discharged by the self-priming liquid pump.
