    摘要: A tool grinding machine comprises a casing formed with at least one air inlet and at least one first air outlet; a driving component disposed in the casing; and a diversion structure. The motor housing comprises at least one first opening and at least one second opening communicating with an interior of the motor. The diversion structure is disposed in the casing or on the motor housing, and the diversion structure is provided to enable the tool grinding machine to define a first airflow path, which is composed of the air inlet, the first opening, the interior of the motor, the second opening, the airflow generator and the first air outlet sequentially.

    摘要: A grinding package fitted on robotic arm includes a main body, a pneumatic motor, a bridging part and a grinding tool. The main body is formed with a first space, a second space, a communicating hole communicating the first space to the second space, a connecting wall within the first space, an intake channel, an exhaust channel, openings of the first space and the second space respectively located on each of two parallel sides of the main body, the connecting wall having a ventilation hole. The pneumatic motor includes a motor body within the first space, and a transmission shaft connected to the motor body while extended from the second space through the communicating hole. The bridging part is combined with the main body and the robotic arm, the bridging part closing off the first space, the grinding tool facing the second space and being joined to the transmission shaft.

    摘要: A grinding machine includes a grinding machine body and a grinding disc connected to the grinding machine body. The grinding machine body is provided with a pressure cavity at a position facing the grinding disc and a gas intake pipe corresponding to the pressure cavity. A pressure release gap in communication with the pressure cavity is formed between the grinding machine body and the grinding disc. The gas intake pipe induces a high-pressure gas into the pressure cavity, which receives an effect of the high-pressure gas to become a positive-pressure environment. The high-pressure gas is continually released via the pressure release gap to prohibit external dust from entering the pressure cavity. Thus, the grinding machine is capable of preventing dust from accumulating in the pressure cavity as well as effectively preventing moisture from entering the pressure cavity when the grinding machine is applied for wet grinding.

    摘要: A dust collection hood installed on a grinding machine tool which includes a driving motor and at least one grinding portion driven by the driving motor to rotate. The dust collection hood includes a circumferential wall surrounding the grinding portion and a dust collection cap. The dust collection cap is coupled with the circumferential wall to form a dust collection chamber to house the grinding portion, and includes a top fastened to the grinding machine tool. The dust collection chamber is formed at a height gradually decreased from the top towards the circumferential wall. The dust collection cap further includes a dust discharge port communicating with the dust collection chamber and an airflow guiding portion to guide airflow from the dust collection chamber to the dust discharge port. Thus a great amount of dust generated during grinding can be discharged via the dust discharge port.

The tool body includes a driving motor and a spindle driven by the driving motor to spin axially. The rotary bracket is coupled to and driven by the spindle to rotate and includes a plurality of connecting portions equally spaced from each other on the circumference formed by rotation of the rotary bracket. The grinding portions are coupled with the connecting portions and have grinding zones at the same horizontal level and are driven by the rotary bracket to rotate synchronously therewith to jointly form a grinding plane. Thereby a larger grinding area can be achieved through smaller grinding discs.

    摘要: An electric power tool receives an input power from an electric power source and converts the input power to a driving power to drive an electric motor. The electric power tool further includes a manual control mechanism, a magnetic control element and a power modulation circuit. The manual control mechanism includes a trigger portion movable by depressing of a user and a magnetic element movable with the trigger portion. The magnetic control element outputs an output control signal in proportion to alterations of a magnetic field caused by movements of the magnetic element. The power modulation circuit gets the input power and modulates to the driving power controlled by the output control signal to drive the electric motor. Thus by depressing the trigger portion, output power of the electric motor can be controlled to provide precise control of rotational speed and torque alterations.

The casing includes a hollow shell, a motor housing located in the hollow shell, two partitioning plates located between a side wall of the motor housing and the hollow shell, at least one air outlet facing the airflow generating member, a first air inlet formed on the hollow shell, and at least one second air inlet formed on the hollow shell and spaced apart from the first air inlet. When the airflow generating member is activated, the first air inlet generates a pressure difference in the hollow shell near an air inlet portion of the motor housing to cause air to be drawn into the second air inlet.
