摘要: Disclosed herein is a method of automatically cleaning boiler pipes. The provision of a pipe-cleaning tank on one side of a casing to store a cleaning solution therein and a tank supply valve in the pipe-cleaning tank allows the cleaning solution stored in the pipe-cleaning tank to automatically flow into a heat exchanger and various pipes inside the casing by means of only a simple operation of manipulating the tank supply valve, thereby making it easy to eliminate scale that has accumulated in the heat exchanger and the pipes.

摘要: The present invention relates to a hot water storage boiler having a scale prevention function, the boiler being able to prevent scale without an additive or an ultrasonic device. Low-temperature water is sprayed toward the bottom portion of the combustion chamber using the spray pipe. This consequently lowers the temperature of the bottom portion of the combustion chamber, thereby reducing production of scale.

摘要: A hot-water storage type boiler having a vortex guide portion is proposed. Since the present invention includes a spiral portion inside a casing, water supplied into the casing is moved to the upper side of the space part, while being in contact with fire tubes for a long time by moving spirally along the spiral portion, thereby improving heat exchange efficiency of the fire tubes. In addition, since the water supplied into the casing is moved spirally along the spiral portion to form a vortex, the flow of water moving in the direction of a hot-water discharge portion collides with a firebox lower surface part at a high speed, thereby having an effect of preventing scale from accumulating on the firebox lower surface part.
