摘要： A horticultural container includes a tag slot for receiving a display tag. The tag slot has an inner wall and an outer wall spaced widthwise from one another, and one of the inner or outer walls has at least two curved peaks separated by a valley and extending into the slot towards the other of the inner or outer wall to hold the tag against the other of the inner or outer wall. The peaks provide a radius that reduces cracking of the tag and increases longevity thereof, and reduces tag sagging, collapsing, or curling.

摘要： An improved stake for a pot, in particular a plant pot with a side wall which is provided at an upper side with a rim portion protruding from the side wall is provided herewith. 摘要： A label carrier includes a pin-shaped part for pushing through an opening provided in a label. To ensure the correct position of the label with respect to the label carrier, it is proposed to provide a further part in the vicinity of the pin to which the label is attached which further part is inserted into a further opening of the label in such a manner that the label can no longer easily rotate about the pin. 摘要： Planting pots and a multi-compartment tray are provided, the pots and tray having a self-orienting configuration for urging the pots into proper alignment when same are placed within compartments of the tray. The pots include angled recesses disposed radially about the bottom portion of the pots. The compartments of the tray include angled protrusions disposed radially about the bottom portion of the compartment. The angled recesses of the pot engage with the angled protrusions of the compartment when the pot is placed in the compartment to urge the pot into proper alignment. A plurality of slots are included along an upper portion of each pot for allowing optional identification tags to be inserted thereinto. The identification tags, in addition to logos, artwork, or other indicia, if included, are positioned by the self-orienting configuration of the pots and tray to face in a desired direction.

摘要： A polymeric tag has a body and an integral insertion leg which is tapered to facilitate insertion either into the soil or into a slot formed in the edge of a pot. Spaced from the end on each edge of the leg and in alignment with one another along the longitudinal length of the leg are convex outwardly extending projections immediately adjacent a symmetrical concave indentation on a side proximate the tag body. The combination of the curvilinear convex projections and concave indentations provides an easily insertable mechanism for allowing the insertion of the tag into the slot of a pot, and, once the convex projection clears the edge of the slot, the tag is locked in position with the concave indentation engaging the edges of the slot and the convex projection extending beyond the edge of the slot and engaging the underside of the pot rim.
