摘要： A spinning-reel drag switch device includes a return mechanism. The return mechanism includes a first arm, a second gear member, and a press member. The first arm is configured to pivot in conjunction with the operation member. The second gear member rotates about an axis that is positioned to interpose the rotation shaft between the axis and a spool such that a distance between the axis and a fishing-rod attachment is greater than a distance between a handle rotation shaft and the fishing-rod attachment. The second gear member is configured to receive rotation force from the first gear member. The press member is mounted to the second gear member to press the first arm. The return mechanism presses the first arm in conjunction with rotation of the handle in a fishing line winding direction to return the operation member to a first position from a second position.

摘要： A drag mechanism for a spinning reel for providing frictional resistance to the rotation of the spool of a spinning reel. The spinning reel includes a body having a rotor assembly coupled to the main body for rotating about a central axis. A crank handle is connected to the body for rotating the rotor assembly and oscillating a spindle passing through the rotor assembly. A spool assembly is disposed upon the spindle and defined by engageable structural features on the interior surface of a drag stack chamber to couple with spool washers having correspondingly matable engagement features. A drag knob assembly is connected to the spool assembly opposite the rotor assembly for controlling axial friction forces within the drag stack chamber and counter-rotation friction of the spool relative to the spindle. At least one spool washer is fixedly attached to the spool to provide a drag system for spinning reels that is more effective and with greater control.

The transmission unit is non-rotatably but axially movably mounted onto the spool shaft to be in contact with the first adjustment unit, and includes a multi-thread second male screw. The second adjustment unit includes a second female screw, which screws onto the second male screw and has a greater screw lead than that of the first female screw. The pressing unit is disposed between the second adjustment unit and the drag mechanism so as to come into contact with both, and is non-rotatable but axially movable with the spool shaft.

The knob member presses a drag washer of a drag mechanism, and includes a circular rimmed portion and a cylindrical outer periphery. The rimmed portion has a knob portion on a front surface of the rimmed portion to regulate drag force. The outer periphery is formed on a back side of the rimmed portion. The nut member is disposed in the knob member and is unitarily rotatable with the knob member. The sealing member includes an attachment portion, a first sealing portion, and a second sealing portion. The attachment portion is attached to the outer periphery. The first sealing portion contacts an inner peripheral surface of the spool, and the second sealing portion makes contact with a radial outward part of the back side.
