    摘要： A bait rigging system is used to mount a bait fish onto a fishing line. The system includes a tubular body and a line-securing clamp. The tubular body can be inserted into the mouth of a bait fish in order to guide the fishing line through the bait fish. The line-securing clamp is mounted into the tubular body and is used to lock the tubular body onto the fishing line. The system also includes a weight adjustment arm and a weight. The weight is connected to the weight adjustment arm and causes the bait fish sink. The weight adjustment arm is connected to the tubular body and may be rotated to compensate for different sized bait fish. An arm spike is connected to the weight adjustment arm and is used to secure the weight adjustment arm to the bait fish by piercing the mouth of the bait fish.

    摘要： A trotline organizing and storage device includes a tube having a first end, which is closed, and a second end, which is open. A slot, positioned in a wall of the tube, extends from the second end to proximate to the first end. A rod is coupled to the first end and extends axially through the tube to proximate to the second end. The rod configured to position a fishhook of a trotline around the rod. Adjacent fishhooks of the trotline then are sequentially positionable upon the rod until all of the fishhooks are stowed within the tube. The shanks of the fishhooks are positioned through the slot such that line attached to eyes of the fishhooks is positioned outside of the tube. A cover is configured to reversibly couple to the second end to retain the fishhooks within the tube.

Only front head sides which occupy at least half in both the body-half segments are adhered and remaining rear end sides are kept open, by which a line equipped with a hook is guided out and wired to the front from the rear end sides via an interior hollow of a lure body.

    摘要： A trotline leader system for fishing including a trotline, with a plurality of clips, hangers, drop lines, and fishing hooks, each clip including a head portion, a neck and a base and each hanger includes a head, a shank and an eyelet. The head portion is connected to the neck which extends from the base which is adapted to receive the hanger head. The hanger head is connected to the shank which connects and seperates the eyelet from the head. The head portion includes a tab, a channel, a slot and an apeture, the tab extending from the head and forming the channel with the base, the channel leading to the slot which guides the trotline into the apeture. Each drop line is connected to and extends from the hanger eyelet to each fishing hook. In addition, the trotline may optionally include plastic beads or spherical weights to separate and secure each clip to the trotline.

    摘要： A trotline storage reel on which a trotline with attached hook leader lines and hooks assembled thereon can be wound onto and stored conveniently on a reel and subsequently unwound from the reel from a boat or the like in order to facilitate storage of a trotline, positioning a trotline in a fishing relationship to a body of water and retrieving the trotline. The trotline storage reel includes a reel device with a hub and spaced discs with at least one of the discs including a plurality of radially disposed cages or retainers for the trotline hooks to retain them in position and prevent them from becoming entangled with the trotline or hook leader lines. The reel is inexpensive to manufacture inasmuch as it can be made from plastic or similar material and is effective for winding, storing and placing a trotline in fishing position.

    摘要： A fishing float is shown for use in running a trotline. The fishing float includes a spherical body molded from a light weight plastic material which has a hollow interior and an exterior. A line-engaging downward projection extends from one point on the exterior of the body for receiving a trotline. A combination handle and line wrapping extension are located diametrically opposite the downward projection on the exterior of the body. A visibility enhancing material is incorporated into the plastic material of the body so that the float can be more easily seen at night.
