When the detected torque reaches the predetermined value, the circuit board makes the driving device drive the working portion to stop rotating so as to prevent hair from over-rotated.

摘要： A spherical hair styling device and method for using same are provided to enable a user to obtain a helical curl having a continuum of varying diameters within each lock of curled hair. This varying diameter helix provides a new and distinct look for the curled hair. The spherical hair styling device may include either a curling iron or hairbrush having a spherical head. The spherical configuration of the curling iron provides for less wasted space on the curling iron, and allows the curling iron to be more completely utilized for each respective lock of hair which is curled.

The posts along each of the opposite sides are spaced apart uniformly such that a post on one side of the rod is located between next adjacent posts on the opposite side of the rod. An eyelet (56) positioned at a first end (58) of the rod formed by a substantially elliptical loop (60) defined by a major axis (64) that is transverse to the length of the rod. The loop includes a closed end (66) positioned on one side of the rod and a flexible finger (68) positioned at the opposite side of the rod to form an inlet (70) for receiving a base end of a strand of hair. A clip (74) having a pair of flexible fingers (78a and 78b) is positioned at a second end (76) of the rod for releasably securing to the curler the distal end of the strand of hair.

摘要： A hair-curling device for use in creating Z-shaped, angular or squared curls in the hair comprises a long double-hinged flat curler which includes an elongated flat rectangular main body and a pair of end flaps integrally attached to the ends of the main body by thin, narrow folding hinges. An elongated C-shaped locking receptacle extends along a free end of one end flap, and a cylindrical solid locking member extends along a free end of the other end flap. The hair is wrapped around the main body portion of the curler and the end flaps are then folded over the same side of the main body portion and interlocked in a snap fit by finger pressure applied to the end flaps. The end flaps, including the locking member and receptable, are together slightly longer than the main body of the curler, and the main body of the curler is slightly flexible laterally, so that the locking portions of the end flaps can be snapped together when the aligned end flaps are pressed down against the main body member.

摘要： An improved hair curler that provides for a plurality of stages of hair curling with increasing wave lengths along the length of the hairs of the head. The improved hair curler may be used on short hair or very long hair. The multi-stages provide for a selectivity of lengths for short hair. The improved curler consists of a plurality of removably insertable curler components that nest one within the other in a manner similar to a telescoping mechanism. An elastic tie provides a means for securing the plurality of removably insertable components together and, at the same time, holds the hair in place on the curler. A port hole in one end provides a means for applying wave solution to the hair rolled on the interior of the roller, with communicating slots to permit the solution to seep through to the hair at the periphery of the spiraling rolls of hair.
