    摘要： A stand mixer includes a motor output shaft and a locking planetary output. The locking planetary output has a center shaft operably connected with the output shaft for driven rotation about a fixed axis, an agitator shaft mounted to the center shaft such that the agitator shaft moves around the fixed axis of the center shaft in a planetary arrangement, and a planetary gear centrally arranged about the fixed axis of the center shaft. A gear unit is rotatably fixed on the agitator shaft and is slidably mounted therewith to be moveable between a first position, in which the gear unit is engaged with the planetary gear, and a second position in which the gear unit is disengaged from the planetary gear and is engaged with a locking member.

    摘要： A fluid texturing device is provided for use with a beverage brewing apparatus. In one embodiment, the fluid texturing device can include a housing a housing extending between a first end and a second end. The fluid texturing device can also include a hollow driveshaft arranged within the housing and having an air path extending from the first end to the second end of the housing. The hollow driveshaft can include a coupling arranged therein and axially movable within the hollow driveshaft such that the coupling can variably block the air path to prevent a flow of air through the air path. The fluid texturing device can also include a whisk assembly removably coupled to the second end of the housing and including a whisk mated to the driveshaft such that the driveshaft can rotate the whisk.

The system also includes a drive assembly configured for mounting on the rim to cover the cavity, and the system further includes a working assembly comprising at least one working member configured for operative attachment to the drive assembly such that, when the drive assembly is mounted on the rim, the working member is disposed within the cavity. The system further includes a base attached to the working assembly such that the working member is rotatable relative to the base. The base has a bottom surface that substantially mirrors the contour of the upper surface within the central area so as to be seated substantially flush thereagainst.

The blender container includes a novel blade unit having a food processor-style blade and blender type blades. Programs with preprogrammed motor commands for desired operations are stored in memory and may be selected by a user on a user interface. The user interface may include a liquid crystal display, or function switches and light emitting diodes. Upon selection of a particular pre-defined function, the microcontroller retrieves the appropriate program from the read only memory and specifies the preprogrammed motor commands to accomplish the selected function.
