    摘要： A washable diaper having an outer article and an inner liner system detachably coupled to the outer article is disclosed. The inner liner system may include front and back ends and a liner member about a washable article with an absorbent pad positioned therein. The outer article may include front and back ends with opposing side edges extending therebetween. The outer article may include an inner surface with substantially liquid impervious compartments at the front and back ends. The outer article and the inner article may include fastening mechanisms configured to removably couple the inner liner system to the outer article such that at least the front and back ends of the washable article of the inner liner system are substantially secured within the front and back liquid impervious pockets, respectively, when the outer article and inner liner system are assembled.

    摘要： A multiple-layer undergarment to aid toilet training that provides a child with a sensation of wetness, but protects the child's outer garments from being saturated. The undergarment has an inner fabric layer that retains wetness to produce the uncomfortable sensation for the child after urinating in the undergarment. The undergarment has an absorbent layer sandwiched between two fabric layers that absorbs the excess wetness, the absorbent layer selectively having a barrier layer preventing urine from soaking through to the child's outer garments. In one embodiment, the undergarment has a channel extending from a front waistband, through a crotch to a back waistband for inserting an absorbent panel. In another embodiment, the undergarment has an absorbent insert attached by a plurality of adhesive strips between two fabric underwear. In one embodiment, the undergarment has a channel for inserting an absorbent panel attached by at least one adhesive strip.

    摘要： A washable absorbent article with a front portion, a back portion and a crotch portion therebetween. The article is constructed with a fully detachable one-piece adjustable belt which is hidden from view when the article is adorned. The belt attaches to rear sideflaps from opposing ends wherein alternate sized belts can be interchanged. Alternative hidden adjustable belts comprise partially detachable one piece units or elongated extensions of the rear sideflaps; and are intended to be wrapped around the waist of the user so the absorbent article can remain in place while a user is performing bodily functions. The belts can be partially or fully detached if a pull up underwear type garment is desired. The front portion is constructed to be brought up between the legs wherein the front portion elongated side flaps are attached to the rear portion of the article to assume a pant like shape. The caregiver may use existing attachment means to keep the absorbent article away from the genitalia while the wearer is performing bodily functions, including fastening front portion sideflaps to back portion sideflaps or laundry securing tabs. Additional washable external absorbent pads can be secured on the absorbent article for added absorbency. Furthermore, the article can be provided with leg coverings by affixing the absorbent body onto open crotch pants.
