    摘要： The current invention concerns an absorbent article (10) comprising an absorbent core (12) sandwiched between a liquid permeable topsheet (14) and a liquid impermeable backsheet (16), and an acquisition distribution layer (18) arranged between said topsheet (14) and said absorbent core (12), wherein the absorbent core (12) comprises at least an absorbent material layer. According to the invention the topsheet (14) consists essentially of an air-through bonded nonwoven layer and is free of spunbond nonwoven layers, the acquisition distribution layer (18) comprises a spunbonded and/or thermocarded nonwoven layer, and the absorbent core (12) comprises at least one channel (26) free of absorbent material. The invention also relates to the use of such an absorbent article (10), for managing liquid stool.

    摘要： A washable diaper having an outer article with an inner liner system detachably coupled to the outer article. The outer article has front and back ends, with opposing side edges connecting the ends, and inner and outer surfaces, with at least one fastening mechanism on the inner surface proximate to at least one of the ends. The inner liner system has first and second ends and includes at least one washable article, so that when assembled with the outer article, the first and second ends of the inner liner system align with the front and back ends of the outer article to be detachably coupled. The inner liner system may also include a liner member and/or at least one absorbent pad, configured to be placed within the washable article. A method of assembly of the washable diaper having an outer article and inner lining system is also disclosed.

    摘要： An absorber includes a concave groove-shaped body fluid inflow portion along a longitudinal direction of an incontinence pad and over a range in the longitudinal direction including a body fluid discharge portion of a wearer, and a granular powder superabsorbent resin is arranged at least on a side edge portion of the absorber and over the range in the longitudinal direction including the body fluid inflow portion. Since the body fluid flowing into the body fluid inflow portion is diffused and is absorbed and held in the superabsorbent resin on the side edge portion of the absorber, it is possible to provide an adequate absorbed amount in the absorber despite the concave groove in the absorber. Even when the superabsorbent resin becomes swollen with absorbed body fluid, the body fluid inflow portion is not blocked, with the result that the absorption speed is not reduced.
