The absorbent core has absorbent material and a maximum length, LCW. LCW is substantially the same as LBS. The absorbent material is disposed in an absorbent material deposition area. The absorbent material deposition area has a maximum length, LAB, and LAB is about 90% or greater of LBS. The first absorbent area lateral edge is disposed a longitudinal distance, D1, from the first barrier lateral edge, and D1 is about 5% or less of LBS.

摘要： A sheet piece is folded along a first center line thereof to define a first half and a second half. End edges of these two halves are bonded to each other at their middles. The folded sheet piece is placed upon a crotch region of a basic structure, with the first center line being brought close to a second center line of the basic structure. Lateral edges of the first half are bonded to the crotch region. The basic structure is folded back along the second center line. The inner surface of the basic structure is bonded to the outer surface of the lateral edges of the second half. Regions of the first and second halves defined between the respective lateral edges are spaced from the crotch region. Front and rear waist regions of the basic structure are bonded along the lateral edges to obtain a pants-shape diaper.

摘要： A disposable waste containment article is disclosed along with a combination of using two articles simultaneously. The article includes a bodyside layer having a first surface and an outer perimeter, and a garment facing layer having an outer perimeter approximately coincident with the outer perimeter of the bodyside layer. An absorbent layer is positioned between the bodyside layer and the garment facing layer. A seal secures the bodyside layer to the garment facing layer. The seal is located inward of the outer perimeters. An ingress is formed in the bodyside layer and is aligned with one of the waste orifices present in a human body such that waste from the human body can pass through the ingress and be collected in the waste containment article. The waste containment article also includes a body adhesive for securing the first surface to the wearer's body.

In certain embodiments the incontinence treatment system comprises a rear incontinence member capable of being releasably coupled to a front incontinence member.
